ConcreteFX did everything they said they would. My floor is the main feature of my new build. Guests have literally gasped when they enter. The effect is outstanding.

The ConcreteFX crew are polite, they clean up after themselves and go the extra distance to get great results.

I did not really appreciate how much is involved to produce a great floor until watching these guys in action. It is very hard work. It is very detailed work. There are no shortcuts, so don't use anyone else. ConcreteFX spent days just getting my floor level.

The reflections off my floor are like a mirror, and a true image. Windows are nice and parallel, the horizon is straight. You will only get this result if the floors are perfectly flat first.

P. S. I learnt that you need to get the polisher to let you know how to get the slab poured so they can get the best result for you. Call the polisher first, not last.

It's 12 months on and our polished concrete floor is definitely my favourite aspect of our renovation, and still the stand-out feature. Visitors, especially other tradies, always comment that it's the best concrete floor they've ever seen.
