Used these people to fix a commercial fridge.
$500 paid for three hours work, and three months later it breaks down again. Checked the fuse and it was a piece of tin foil! No notes about that on the service agreement so either they didn't check the fuse at all or they used a piece of tin foil. Rang to complain and was told I was having a bad morning! Sure am after speaking with them!
DO NOT USE these people they provide shody work and dont back it up.

I was amazed at the Variety and quality of the equipment that is imported by Concorde. What was refreshing about this company is that it back"s up all their equipment with a full array of spare parts and a back up service department
