Concord Mini Mix

Every weekday their many trucks block nearby parking & entrances to neighbouring businesses. So if you have a swimming lesson, dance lesson or OT/Speech session, you need to park a fair distance, double park (blocking the other cars) or wait for them to move their trucks. Which takes forever.
Not to mention this is dangerous, especially considering that the neighbouring businesses have a clientele made up of families & children.

Complaints to the company fall on deaf ears. If they are inconsiderate to the neighbouring businesses, imagine doing business with them & having problems come up

Disappointed, ordered a 32 mpa mini mix. It came with an 80mm slump which I was happy with, half way through the pour the delivery driver without asking added a ton of water to the mix. I may as well order 20 mpa at the amount of water that was added, it also added hours to my day as I had to wait for the water bleed out before I could float.

Zero consideration for businesses around them. Staff parking on private business property that's for clients only. Trucks taking up valuable parking space and blocking off roads causing traffic.

Poured concrete for some stump holes today in miserable conditions. Driver couldn't have been more helpful.

From advice booking to service / banter during the job, the quality of the product & them being happy to take the leftover concrete back after - this company was brilliant to deal with.

Nick arrived on time and was really helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault the service and the quality of the concrete.

Customer service was appalling! Even after telephone conversations were reviewed and confirmed that Concord were in error, their immediate reaction was to tell me to go elsewhere.
Disgusting behaviour especially when the concrete ordered was for a local kindergarten 500m away. Management comprehension of English and the simple understanding of delivering at a specific time is way too difficult for these people. Pathetic!

Excellent Service, On time. Driver Harry was awesome, knew what he was doing, got truck perfectly positioned each time, no hassles no fuss. Highly Recommended.

Been a concreter for years, I would never use them again, I ordered 20% more then I needed on a square bay (as it was hot and I couldn’t afford to run short) of concrete, the driver was a disrespectful questioning me the whole time, where it got to the point I had to ask him to leave site, that’s when he started to threaten me, I rang the office said look I think you guys have mixed my order up with. 4 not. 6. Straight away they said no way and that it was my fault. I then went on to tell them about the driver and was told there is always to sides to a story. I’d say they give me half my Order I offered the supervisor to meet me on site to show him, use another mini mix these guys are just trouble

Delivery on time, drivers polite and patient; Office staff an absolute pleasure to deal with and so helpful!
Can highly recommended them and will definitely be using them to finish our renos

They were ok, concrete was fine. Came a bit late but staff informed me and they were good at general communications. Overall can’t complain. The drivers were quite unhappy about reversing into our long driveway, but they did. Overall pretty happy

Terrible customer service and manager/owner will not assist you in anyway, nor listen to you and will make lies to back up his ego.

Excellent service and more important its on time, never a trouble for a little extra care and patience. Order concrete nearly every week from them for years. Highly recommended.

Believe delivered 15-20% short. Cannot be certain but meant a mad scramble to hand mix another three wheel barrow loads and leaving a separate slab section to another day.

On passing a Concord concrete delivery truck in Rosanna parked at a 45 degree angle to the kerb on Wed. 15/08/2018, the driver suddenly opened the door and ripped the side view mirror off my car. I requested Concord management to fix my car on two occasions but they refused to involve their insurer or cooperate with me, i.e. They would not accept responsibility or accountability for the incident. Vic. Police were not interested, although it is in breach of the Road Rules to open a door to oncoming traffic when it is not safe to do so, and suggested I take civil action. Ho hum It cost me $280 to replace my mirror. Edward Manuel

Very friendly staff, came on time no problems. Would use them again. Even the conreter said the quality of the concrete was excellent.
