Concept Studios of Performing Arts

My daughter joined Concept in July 2022. She has been dancing since 2018 and I was looking for a studio for her that would provide her an elite level of dance training BUT be one that fostered kindness, respect, a supportive, nurturing and safe place for her to train. I was given Maddison's number at Concept by another parent and it is the best call I have made. We met with Maddison, the owner, who is warm, welcoming, caring and passionate about dance, her students and Concept and she has not waivered, it was not an act so that we joined, it is truly who she is. Her staff are just the same. Every question or concern I had was and is welcomed and answered. There is a vast array of classes on offer and my daughter was welcomed into the competition team and has made so many new friends. The other students are a beautiful group of young children/teens. The older kids help the younger ones, they support each other and there is no "dance mum" cliques or nonsense here either which is so refreshing, just a bunch of parents that are welcoming and helpful. In terms of the dance training, it is at an Elite level. My daughter's progress is beyond expectations and Concept focus on providing technique and strengthening classes alongside the well timed dance style classes. All students are given equal opportunities at Concept and there really is something that suits every type of dancer, from the recreational dancer to the competitive dancer. My husband and I are grateful to have found Concept because our little girl has never been happier. The 2022 Showcase that was presented by Concept was a magnificent, high energy show that truly entertained. If there is ever a parent looking for the right place to take their child to learn to dance this is hands down the best place to be. For parents, the communication is impeccable, there is plenty of notice given, the fees are more than reasonable, the costuming is a breeze and not overpriced nor is anyone overcharged. Time is respected, classes never run over and on a Saturday the whole school stops together to have a break and eat lunch. You are always greeted with a smile from Jannece and Gayle and while there is honestly so much more I could say, I'll just say this, Maddison has created a place that dancers genuinely love to be, the smiles and happiness is real, not staged, not filtered. We also travel from out of Sunbury to be at Concept and every km is worth it!

The amount of confidence my daughter has shown since joining this studio, is truly incredible! The teachers and Maddison are a credit to that and have made us feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend CSPA for any child or teenager starting out their dancing journey. Whether it be just for fun, or something you want to do as a career, you won’t be disappointed when you step foot into the studio ️

Maddi and the team at Concept Studios are amazing! My daughter loves all the classes. She’s developed as a dancer and performer so much since she began. The teachers are very experienced and are passionate about their craft. This love of dance is evident as soon as you walk through the doors- it’s my daughters home away from home.

Since the day my daughter was born she felt music in her soul and loved moving her body with it. I struggled to find somewhere that my daughter felt safe and encouraged until Concept Studios. Not only is my daughter now obsessed with her love of dance but the studio is the most kind and welcoming group of talented humans and its such a pleasure to be a part of. My kids are enrolled at CSPA. They come home every night with a big smile on their face. Would recommend to anyone wanting to start dancing or looking for a change in scenery.

My daughter moved over to concept studios in the second half of this year.
Both my daughter and I have had the BEST experience at concept from the well disciplined classes and training, having fun, every single person from students to teachers to parents being so incredibly welcoming and most of all the friendships already made.
My daughter has progressed so much in such a short time I’m blown away.
I recommend Concept studios very highly and we can’t wait to be back in 2023 xx

Such a beautiful studio that caters for all levels of dance and song. Never have I seen such respectful and proud seniors helping the juniors. Amazing family to be part of and best of all, down to earth.

I am a student at Concept Studios and would highly recommend people to come! There are kind hearted teachers that never let anyone down, giving opportunities that will be cherished forever, and the supportive dance community. The experience I have had in 2022 was amazing with the dance friends I have and the support we have towards each during competitions and concert.
