CONCEPT Design Colour Finish

We wanted ideas on interior design for our new home. We initially had no clue as to the look we were after but after speaking with Senka and Suzi they designed something we absolutely loved. They are professional & patient in what they do and always provide their honest opinion which we valued. We can't wait for our house to be completed to see the final outcome!

Cannot speak more highly of the service & looking forward to final setup, I highly recommend. I was initially hesitant as I didn't have an unlimited budget nor did I know exactly what I wanted, but Alex made it such an enjoyable process and her support and responsiveness has been fantastic. I have admired Concepts styling online & at my sisters home. The finished product will be tranquil calming oasis that I get to call home. Thank you for everything.

Was very excited to get their design services for my new house as their portfolio looks absolutely amazing. However they did not respond to any of my emails and phone calls which was such a shame and ultimately led me to another designer. Seeing one of their responses to another review about them not being able to respond due to Covid seems like a cop out as many businesses had successfully transitioned to working from home and were all able to access their emails and calls from home; it’s not like you can’t access an email offsite or anything. It really seems like they’re selective with the clients they choose to work with.

Just wanted to take a moment and say a huge thank you! Last night, my home was filled with the beautiful scent of my new candle. I walked into my bedroom to see our newly framed art now hanging over our bed with our beautiful Murano glass pendants either side and then climbed into my bed with its new linen in colours I wouldn’t have thought to chose but look so incredibly amazing with everything in the room. I can’t wait to see it with the curtains installed! I know I’ve said it before but felt I need to say it again - I am truly grateful for the team @ Concept DCF, especially Mandy & Senka for making my home so beautiful and the joy it brings me everyday.

We have recently used Concept design for interior decor of our new home.
The professionalism and creativity of the team was beyond mine and my wife's expectation.
The team is lead by Mandy and the designer is Alex, both impeccably talented and understanding of the customer (being us) needs and vision for our home.

We used Concept Design for the build of our home. I was sceptical on using designers because I was worried it would take the creativity out of building, but it did the complete opposite and its been the best decision we made. It simplified the process and the results we're achieving are beyond what I would have achieved without their help. I worked with Cetti and I absolutely LOVE her work and ideas. She just got me and my style so quickly and easily. Mandy has a great team, you will not be disappointed with the results!

I sought the services of Concept DCF to help furnish some rooms in my already built home. My budget was $20,000. This was to be used to help partially furnish a lounge/dining area, fully furnish an entrance hallway and master bedroom and finally styling of an ensuite.
Only 20 mins was spent in my home for the initial consultation in which basically a few photos were taken. I was not exactly happy with the money I had spent for so little in return. I questioned before proceeding further, as to when it would be discussed, what it is I was actually looking for etc, so that the end result would actually be something I liked. I was informed that a further consultation would take place upon paying further money. What I got after stupidly proceeding, was a further 5 minute phone call in which what I was looking for was barely obtained.
My design brief was put together on very little information gained from me. Although the design was nice and there is no doubting that the staff do have style, the end result was based on me also adding a lot of extras eg wall cladding, that I had never wanted. Then I got the costing for the furniture they had suggested for me.a total of $42,000. Nil regards to my budget whatsoever. I have now been left with my time and money being wasted, as I have no plans to spend that kind of money on furniture at the moment.
If my budget had been to low to be a client at CONCEPT DCF then I should have been informed at the start. Instead they took my money, designed something that suited them and left me with nothing.
I don't want other people to waste their money and have a similar outcome. I hope this review helps people to think carefully about whether they would like to proceed with this company in future.

I cannot praise this company enough. They have done wonders with my home. It now looks fantastic in every way. Every time time I look at what they have done I am so happy. My hard to please husband also loves the work they done. I will definitely be getting them back to do my upstairs in the near future. Thank you so much Mandy and Alex for going over and above to keep me happy.
