When it comes to audio/visual, sound/lighting, Rob is your man. Concept gave us everything we wanted and amazing service. St Paul’s PS needed a one stop shop to create a sound and lighting system for our amphitheatre, and Rob was the only person/company we could find to be able to meet our needs. Service and quality is exceptional and ticks all the boxes. You ask and he’ll deliver. Thanks Rob for your great work. We have already used our new system many times and it is wonderful. I found Rob's details due to living locally. Nothing but positive feedback. Rob and his team worked tirelessly to regenerate an old home AV system and hook up two new TV's throughout the home. They had great communication throughout, thoroughly explained the set-up and were neat and tidy! Highly recommend.

The Concept Audio Visual team provided the AV equipment for our yearly company wide professional development event which ran over three days. Each day our AV requirements differed slightly. Rob was very accomodating and easy to work with. He checked in with us pre and post each event day to ensure it all ran smoothly. The AV equipment worked perfectly each day. Rob recently put a brand new speaker system in our F45 studio and it is AMAZING!
