Con-X-Ion Melbourne Airport Transfers

Called the contact centre and had a rude lady on the phone whom didn’t appear she wanted to be there.

The van that we were in was rundown however the guy driving was very friendly.

The return trip to the airport we got picked up way too early which meant we arrived far earlier than needed to be at the airport.

Love the CC experience. Easy to book. Driver Colin was super friendly and on time. The bus was clean. Definitely will use it again.

Website not functional, drop downs wouldn’t work when it asks you which theme park you need a transfer to. Call the helpline instead and it’s overseas assistance who can’t find my wife’s hotel in Coolangatta even though the non functioning website could find it.

We were incredibly happy with our trip, particularly the trip back to the airport with Michael - he was prompt to pick us up, extremely helpful with our bags and getting us on and off the bus, and was pleasant to chat with. Would definitely use this service again next time we visit QLD!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for my experience using this transfer service. I was picked up by my driver Clive, who was so friendly and gave me so many tips on things to do whilst in Melbourne. He made my journey from the airport so much better with his friendly conversation, so a shout out to Clive and this service!

Great pick up and drop off service, have used multiple of times when heading to Gold Coast, highly recommended.

We recently booked a return private transfer from GC airport <—> Surfers Paradise. Both drivers were friendly, reliable and early. They assisted with luggage, and had great banter/conversation. Would 100% recommend a private transfer as going straight to your accommodation is easy and effortless.

We hired a private pick up from the Gold Coast Airport, and our driver Tony was incredible from start to finish. Flight was delayed, he waited an extra 30 minutes and then gave us a call when the plane landed. He was very hospitable, friendly and chatted with us along the way. Made the trip seem enjoyable and explained different landmarks along the way as it was our first trip there.

He dropped us off at the hotel and 30 minutes later, my son said to me, “Dad, I left my Bum Bag in the Van” ‍️‍️‍️
I rang Tony and sheepishly explained that to him, he was very accomodating and courteous. He said, “I’ll have a look and then call you back”.

Ten minutes later, he rang and said he found it and that he’ll be at the hotel to drop it off in 5 minutes. He went out of his way to drop it off and we were very appreciative.

Thank you Tony for giving us a wonderful start to our vacation and for being very accomodating.

If you need a transfer between places, don’t hesitate to give Con-X-Ion a go. Highly recommended.

We used Con x for our airport transfer and theme parks transfer but I feel like it was waste of time. We were picked up early as we stayed in Broadbeach and dropped off at last. We were on the bus from 8.15 am and got to the theme park at 9.30 am. Same with drop off we were picked up at 3.15 and dropped off at 4.30. Tbh I would have booked Uber next time as it would have cost us the same.

Just used the Con-X-Ion Roo Pass for a week on the Gold and was extremely pleased with the service staff and modern clean vehicles.
We had a group of 6 and needed daily Theme Park and Airport transfers. All our transfers were booked in advance and all were on time. Drivers were very pleasant and overall they exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommend this service rather than a hire car.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was very disappointed with our bus transfer from Noosa to Brisbane Airport. An hour before our bus transfer we received 3 messages that stated our bus would no be arriving an hour late- no explanation as to why. When the bus driver Chris H got to us, I asked him what time we would get to the airport, he rudely told us to “hold our horses”and that he can’t give out that information until we get there. All the other people in our bus were really annoying with his timeliness and service. One customer was asked to hurry up when saying goodbye to loved ones as the driver said he was going to make us late. Finally Chris let us know that we were supposed to make it by 5: 45 but later told us that the traffic is what made us late, when he had picked us all up an hour late. No apology or explanation as to why he was late or any compensation to us. We got to the airport at 6: 47pm for our 7: 00pm flight. We missed our flight and then had to wait until the next day for a flight. Very very disappointed in this service, will not ever use or recommend Con-x-ion again.

Great service and excellent communication. The driver rang, and was happy to wait. Even though it took a long time for the airline to get the bags off the plane.

The drivers were polite and great in their job. Will get you where you need to be safe and quick.

Excellent communication, waited for us after luggage took a while, called many time to make sure I was arriving and knew where to go. The only this was they drive very fast at times and zoom around the streets, half of us felt I'll when we arrived.

Called in like 6 times, waited a very long time on hold. Didn’t end up booking and extremely disappointed because the booking reps both hung up on me. While i was speaking asking questions they wouldn’t respond yet when i asked are you there they responded yes. Just giving you feedback because I couldn’t locate a compliant phone number. I was really looking forward to purchasing the Roo pass, now we’ll just Uber. Thanks

The driver was very professional and on time. The service was excellent and well priced. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Pick another service. Customers team unhelpful. Booked me into a non existent transfer schedule in Cairns and took my money. Later called me to attempt to transfer to another time slot which would leave me hanging at a regional airport at 4: 30am for 4 hours! Unreliable. Unhelpful. Rude. Ended up getting cash back but inconvenienced day prior to transfer. No apology.

Same day pick up. The driver was good and made it to the airport in time. I would recommend to anybody in Sunshine Coast/Noosa

Always my choice for transfers - have used their service a few times now and they have always been punctual, drivers are always really friendly and helpful. They often know the best back streets to my destination on time.

For starters, no clear signage about pickup location.
FYI you are looking for a bus that says “Star bus” with a teeny tiny conXtion sticker on it.
I have now just tried to confirm our pick up for tomorrow to go back to the airport and it’s become such a hassle I’ve just cancelled it and will get an Uber. What a joke.
Go with a different company.
