It is currently the year 2021. This TECHNOLOGY company needed me to give my credit card details over the phone. No online payment portal whatsoever. When I suggested that this was a bit of an antiquated method, the person on the phone implied that I was crazy for expecting more!

I have just moved across to Convergence and I find that all staff there are excellent and very patient for a rough customer likes myself. I am known for not easily pleased. Great culture.

Recent example, during the Covid 19 Pandemic we were in complete lock down working remotely, relying heavily on systems. Our main router had a major fault with in 4 hours a new fully programmed router was delivered, simply plugged in and we were up and running with little business downtime.

You'll notice the only 5 star reviews are from long-term clients who are not tech savvy enough to understand Comvergence offer an incredibly poor level of quality and customer service. I feel sorry for all their clients. To all their existing clients, you are over-paying and being taken advantage of due to your own lack of research.

Seems like they only have one voice services tech for the whole company and response times are slow.
