My husband and I were a bit annoyed when our internet was ceased due to works Comstream were doing for a house a few doors up from us. My husband asked the men to wait while we called our provider and they told him they'll be another hour. I looked outside after 10mins and they left without telling us and without reconnecting our internet. I rang the company and left an email and got no reply. I was left very angry that my husband and I had to find alternatives to be able to finish our work that day and the guys who did this took no responsibility. Very disappointing.
