I had good experience, pleasant, informative to resolve a technical issue options via phone due to a failing aged computer.
I decided to buy a new computer.

As a member of the vintage population, I am technologically dyslexic. Ash was extremely patient and took time to explain “ the why’s and wherefores” of his advice. He was punctual, respectful and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his computer services.

This repair is above and beyond satisfaction! My computer crashed and did not want to start anymore. He completely fixed it and additionally did a 5 year worth of software updates. All at a very affordable price!
