I cannot begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I feel towards Rigo for extracting valuable data from an old portable hard drive and saving to a new SSD. It had all our family memories and wedding pictures and most importantly my eldest daughter’s photos for the first 6 years of her life which I had thought we had lost all together. She’s now nearly 16 and I wanted to make her a photo book and Rigo has now made this possible. Thank you Rigo.

My computer was stuck in a reboot cycle with the debug LEDs showing an error on the MB. I contacted Rigo and he was able to stress test the components and identified the PSU as the culprit.

I was misheard the price over the phone and took it in for repairs. Despite me wasting his time, he was still very professional and understanding. Unfortunately, I am planning to upgrade my laptop soon so found it hard to justify the price for repairs. But if my new laptop breaks this will definitely be my first choice for a repair!

Thanks Rigo for your excellent work in fixing my Computer. Computer was constantly crashing " Bue Screen of Death", with the operating system unable to operate properly and safely. Rigo diagnosed the problem, replaced and upgraded the hard drive, did all required updates and cloned my computer. Got computer back just after one day. Working very well now and much faster also.

Rigo is a great computer professional. He explained all the issues which I had on my laptop to help me understand the situation.
