I had a great experience with computer cures! I was having problems with my laptop not charging properly and Paul and his team was able to quickly diagnose my problem and help be out with getting it fixed. Laptop is working like new after their help!

Luke came to our house, and assessed all the issues we were having with our Wi-Fi. He re-configured all the equipment, and fixed it completely. We have never had a such a reliable Wi-Fi network until he showed up and did his magic. I have this company on speed dial now, for anything computer or IT related. Thanks so much!

Paul was very patient and explained things very clearly as we worked through what turned out to be a self-inflicted problem with my emails. He was also helpful with assisting me with my printer problem though we have concluded that it really is a problem printer.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We engaged Computer Cures as we moved into a new home to link up the speakers that were already in the house.

They recommended we change our internet system over. We note our internet was working well beforehand. They put in a very expensive internet system and it kept dropping out.

It took three days before someone was able to come back, despite us working from home.

It they then gave us even more expensive equipment and charged us a lot of manual hours to fix.

For context, we had two old sonos speakers in the house. It would have been cheaper for us to just get new speakers and keep our old internet which was working.

Finally, we queried the final invoice and asked them to remove the extra labour hours as it was their recommended solution that didn’t work they were fixing and we never got any reply.

I wouldn’t recommend Computer Cures.

Paul has provided unbelievable service to meet my computer needs- well above and beyond what we reasonably could expect. He even worked on weekends and at night to fix a broad range of computer problems. I can't thank him for enough to get me up and going very quickly- always with a smile and always with great expertise.

Paul and Luke were persistent in solving issues with my new mini desktop.
It was not straight forward, thanks guys!

I booked Computer Cures to do a service/tune-up as my laptop computer was running a little slow/crashing every now and then randomly freezing up for no reason at all.

Luke the technician worked on my laptop and removed some of the apps that I didn't need to be there in the background running as they were slowing down my laptop computer as he explained, and fixed up the popups and the error messages that were coming on etc.

The communication with Luke was great and extremely clear. Luke took the time to explain different things about the system. I couldn't be happier with his service and I will use them again for any computer troubles or also setting up my new a computer in the feature.

The knowledge and professionalism, advice, dedication towards solving problems and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to family and friends. Thanks once again to Luke. Great work it is much appreciated. C-/O } Computer Cures and the Team.

Wow, is saying it mildly.
You think you are future proofing a new house with wiring only to find the wifi is sub-standard. I've bought everything under the sun from extra routers to wifi extenders only to be disappointed.
Until NOW.
The guys from Computer Cures have wired wifi hot spots around the house that enable wifi speeds the SAME as a PC. I am blown away!
They even serviced my NAS, found hidden data that has been filling my PC hard drive and fixed up my other ethernet wiring issues.
These guys do it all and they are so courteous to boot.
They certainly cure my computer needs! 10/10

Luke did a great job setting up my new computer and transferring programs/files from the old machine. In a couple of hours I was enjoying the increased efficiency of an updated machine. There were a couple of hiccups with incompatible older programs, but these were sorted out on the spot. And then some issues I discovered later were solved and quickly put right in a remote hook-up with Paul. Talked to Paul about setting up my Synology NAS. Communication was great and extremely clear. Paul took the time to explain different recommendations and steps to take according to my business needs. Love that they offer in-person and online support. Will be working with them again in the future.

Last week Fred came to my house to transfer my phone data to my new iphone 12. He did it quickly and efficiently. My computer issues were more troublesome, but after following process after process he fixed it all. My Apple pro is 10 years old and he recommended I upgrade my model to run all the updates etc that I need. Thanks to a fantastic local business. The name says it all Computer Cures.

Recently I was searching for assistance regarding advice on updating audio visual equipment for my new smart TV. I'm located in Sydney and couldn't find a suitable-sounding company until I came across Computer Cures and of course I subsequently found out Computer Cures are located in Melbourne! This has happened to me in the past with other specialist businesses. In this instance all I could find were businesses wanting to repair, install antennas, install home theatres etc.

I lucked out when I connected with Katee from Computer Cures who went out of her way to assist. In fact her assistance was quite extraordinary both on the phone, calling back and then following through with information she sent via email. I was quite overwhelmed!

Paul has given me great advice over the phone, knows his stuff and doesn't try to sell any nonsense. Would highly recommend him to anyone who has a computer issue. Will be coming back here whenever I have problems.
