I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received today in relation to my laptop. Mihir is so knowledgeable and yet he could explain things to me in a clear and kind way. Owner Greg and staff have been helping us with all our computer issues for more than 20 years.

Dropped off a laptop for a very simple issue to be fixed, was told on 2 separate occasions it would be fixed by the afternoon of the same day. I went in the following morning a total 2 additional times and after 3 days the issue wasn’t resolved, my problem wasn’t with the delay but there was never any communication to let me know that it wasn’t ready when the workers had my contact details, wasted a lot of time.

Very poor service, money hungry scam artists. My pc had issues charging instead of checking the charger first, opened up my laptop and messed around with it, bit locked it and gave it back, turned out it was just the charger that was the fault. They ruined my laptop and charged me 145 for the so called service. Then when I brought my laptop back to get it wiped, they had the audacity to ask for 165 dollars just to wipe it. I refused and did it on my own took me 5 minutes to wipe and install new windows. Scammers, money hungry individuals. Stay away if you wanna save money and your pc. I am a CS student, I woud have fixed it on my own but I was busy that's why I gave my laptop to them.never again.

It's early days yet but I could not have asked for better help when I needed it most. When will I learn to do backups more regularly? !

Able to sell new devices, great on repairs and parts, and can reprogram your laptop or computer and help with anti virus.

I am the Owner of Computer Age systems and when I read this review i could not believe what i was reading. I have allready searched for a Dave Simpson as a customer and cannot find one and called everyone in my system with Simpson as a Surname. I cannot find who this person is.

Firstly this would never happen, as we pride ourselves on our service and fix any issue's that occur, If you read this Mr Simpson please call me to discuss. Are you sure you have the right shop.call 9874-3333 ask for Greg, and I would like to speak to your wife as well.

I rang them to book in a repair for my laptop because I was having a problem with the wifi connection. With the little information that I could provide, the guy who answered the phone diagnosed the problem and gave a solution which fixed it immediately. Online forum discussions hadn't been able to give a solution but Computer Age Systems gave it straight away and I didn't even need to take it in for the repair - they certainly know their stuff.

Had the pleasure of receiving 5-star service from Greg at this computer repair shop. He was honest to deal with and provided great customer service. I had my laptop assessed, spare parts sourced and replaced within 5 hours turnaround. Would highly recommend here for your laptop repairs.

Rude staff. No help. I had to call Geeks2U to set the computer up properly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They take your money and give no service.

A bit pricier but happy to support a local business. Lot's of information given but delivered as if they are lecturing to children, and includes some "exaggerated" facts.
