I have been seeing from dr Kate and dr Isabella. They are both very professional and they are listening your concerns and trying to help you. I’m very happy as I have Churg Strauss syndrome, an autoimmune disease which is very complex and difficult to control all the symptoms. Dr Isabella managed to help me with everything, like connecting me with the specialist in Monash hospital and she is very concerned about me. When I’m visiting this practice, I feel like I’m visiting my friends. The receptionists are very friendly and very helpful. Always there for making an appointment or resolving any issues. Very happy with this medical team

I have been seeing Dr Kate since 2016 and she is an amazing doctor. She’s very knowledgeable, very compassionate and thorough. My entire family now sees dr Kate and we are all very happy.

My test results always tend to get lost somewhere. Took a day off to check my results but totally wasted.

My wife visited Dr. Herby Perera and her experience was one of the worst she has ever had with a GP. There is absolutely no empathy for a sick person, let alone a potential treatment. "I have nothing to do" was the answer after explaining all the symptoms. Is that the way a GP should respond? I am utterly disappointed. Our previous appointments were with Dr. Kate, who went above and beyond when treating our daughter, which is why we went to the practice, although Dr. Kate wasn't available today. I would never ever suggest someone go there!

Nice clean clinic. My partner and I got our Astra zeneca jab here. Dr Kate is lovely and explains everything about the risks and side effects. If you are over 50 "Don't" put it off you will be seen quickly. Better than lining up at a vaccination facility. There are many scare tactics and nonsense circulating on social media. Please ignore and listen to the experts, you are in safe hands both vaccines are effective and safe.

Last Friday 12th Feb i came at last 30 minutes before closing and I was referred to GP Dr surabhi and due to short of time, she has rebooked for long period on 16th feb. At 9.50am to discuss more about my health And today I came in 9.55am which was 5min late but not big different 5 mins. The GP was so rushing and finishing my appointment within not even 20min and told me that I'm late and she has another an appointment. Im quite disappointing with it and in rushing i was forgot to what I want to ask her. Kindly I am requesting the management to take responsibility to look after the patients needs. Thank you

Doctor Kate is the most thoughtful GP I have ever visited. As someone with on-going health issues most doctors become angry or annoyed with me. Doctor Kate remains calm whether I come in for emergencies or simply a variety of small things. She is more than happy to provide and fill out documents, hear feedback about other specialists, fill out referrals and much more. She always takes the time to listen and is never judgemental. I feel very lucky that such a great GP is bulk billing. If every GP operated the way she did, there would be a lot more happier people in the world.

Went to Dr Kate for a new script, she then proceeded to tell me the standard pill I'd been using for 3 years was going to give me an increased chance of stroke (there is a risk of stroke with any contraceptive pills). Changed my pill, advised me that I may not get a period due to the change of pill but also that this was a pill women with endometriosis were on to prevent periods, but to come back if I didn't experience one. When I did return 3 months later after no period she proceeded to give me a pregnancy test and wanted to send me to get blood tests in case I had a brain tumour. Absolutely outrageous and was such a horrific experience.
