These guys have been around since Adam was a boy. Professional, and courteous. I would recommend Components Plus to anyone looking for small to medium business IT support and/or managed services.

Awesome customer service, saved me a lot of money in replacement parts by diagnosing a simple fix to my laptop problem

First time customer.
Had a buzzing sound with my laptop, the guys at CPlus figured it out ordered in a new battery and only charged me the service fee and the cost of the battery.
Honest, Genuine and a Fair price, what more could you ask these days for a service?
Would highly reccomend.

Not a place I visit often as they usually don't have what I need. Limited range and staff who are not really tech savvy.

Called up and asked about fixing my Lenovo laptop under warranty, got a very simple helpful answer and from there it was very easy and quick! Great customer service, friendly staff and a fixed laptop. Thanks!

Will never do business with this mob again. I bought a hard drive off them that broke down within a year of the purchase. They said they would honor the warranty, however I would have to wait until they sent the failed hard drive interstate and then wait for the supplier to return the new drive. It took weeks. In the meantime I went to Centre Com and bought another hard drive so I could get on with my work. They are the worst people to deal with.

Absolute ripoff!
Only went once and that was the last time.
Was told $150 for a DVD burner.
Surprised these guys stayed in business.

Rang for a quote to get my machine fixed, technician was very helpful and gave me great advise.
$77 upfront fee to look at my machine which built in to the end labour cost of $154 an hour. Pricing great and service better than many IT providers around the Peninsula. Would recommend CPlus to everyone for service and a quality job, I couldn't fault them at all, I cant believe the review by the guy who was supposed to be in IT 20+ years, it just doesn't make sense.
