I had a great experience with the team here over the last two days. After my tyre went flat they rotated the front space saver that was on to the back for safety, then ordered me in a tyre which is pretty hard to find, overnight! It was also a great price.

Have always gone here for tyres and generally its been good.honest and helpful.
BUT. This time I was tricked by a younger guy into being charged extra for balancing all 4 new tyres. It was never done. I didnt appreciate being lied to. Found out later I paid more than other places.

Dave and his team were extremely helpful with sorting a new replacement tyre after getting a flat which destroyed the existing tyre. They got me back on the road as quickly as they good. Thanks again. Bec

With my experience they pulled the classic mechanic trick of confirming a price on the phone and bumped it up after they finished the work. Obviously they've done it more than once since he was so calm about it.
It's not a nice way to do business.
Will not be back anytime soon

Put my car in for a radiator replacement. Was told it be ready by Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and has yet to be done. This is unacceptable

Drop my tyre for puncture repair. The guy was rude, wasn't helpful, offered no advice and didn't want to do the job. Went to another tyre place and bought 2 new tyre. They just lost my business. No matter how busy you are, you should still provide good customer service!
