What a great experience.
Was made to feel very comfortable and Rainer was a lovely therapist who I've now been to repeatedly. Rooms quiet and serene, service is fantastic, it's great to be treated as a person and not simply rushed through the process. Very professional, always on time and would not hesitate to recommend Bendigo Complete Skin and Beauty to anyone.

A wonderful experience, all the staff were friendly, yet professional and took take care in hygiene. The procedure I had done was explained clearly and I was given lots of opportunity to ask questions. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone and look forward to my next appointment

The place is nice and clean, the staff is very welcoming but the service I got wasn't worth what I paid!

I called to book a full bikini wax. They were pretty busy on the day I was going to Bendigo but they managed to squeeze me in between two appointments, which I found really helpul. When I got there, I understood there had been a misunderstanding on the phone and they thought I just wanted the visible bikini parts waxed. I made sure they were still able to do a full bikini wax, otherwise I would just get it done some other time, which they said yes to.
But things were rushed and it was done in approximately 10 minutes. I paid $59 and left with loads of hairs left!

So it was really unnecessary to absolutely try to fit me in when they were clearly overbooked and didn't have time to do things properly.
Better say no than do a rushed job.

I received a better service at a shopping centre for $40!

I had a great facial treatment here last week. The products used felt very nice on the skin and my skin felt great afterwards. Staff are really friendly too!

After each service & experience I have been extremely happy with the results & my interactions with staff are worthy of the highest compliment. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve recently had my lashes and brows done with the girls at complete skin and beauty and I couldn’t be happier with the results. 10/10 I’ll be back for my refill and henna brows. The girls are very knowledgeable about the products they offer and make sure it’s suitable for their clients. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
