Complete Nursing & Home Care reviews
16 The recruitment officer has little to no manners and clearly doesn't know how to converse civilly with people. Her agitation as I was asking questions was more than evident by the tone of her voice! Her rudeness was second to none, no job applicant should be treated this way.
Soooo a big NO from me!
Aino was excellent, she was very engaging, compassionate and make me feel like I had found a new friend to talk to and share my experiences. We spent several weeks together and did some scrapbooking, visited the library and a few art exhibitions in the City. Aino shared with me her culture and her passion to learn and understand our first nations and all the aboriginal history. Unfortunately she is gone to pursue her dreams and I hope that she succeeded in all her future endeavours. Well done Aino. Complete nursing and home care should be proud of having someone like Aino among your team of carers. I will miss you Aino and only hope for the best for you. Cheers Jesus
This place is ok but i can onley trust one ceara from here thats why it onley gets 3 stars from me
Wonderful company to work for. The primary emphasis is around participants and everything else that follows is to reinforce the quality of care provided.
Good focus on training and development of staff.
I am writing this review on behalf of Michelle Gurkin.
John Roberts; the owner of Complete Nursing and Home Care is a dishonest person who should not be providing care for disabled and venerable people.
John Roberts agreed in writing to pay out a monitory compensation claim to Michele however; has now told untruths about agreeing to pay the compensation in writing and about the legal process we need to follow.
The office staff are unprofessional, rude and incompetent at their job and when I responded and said they were at fault they became aggressive and demonstrated bullying behaviour. I was involved in a car accident whilst with a carer from complete nursing and home care; the agency has not provided any assistance or support expecting the Tac to assist me which it has not; I have now sufford from serve pain in my right leg and have limited mobility in my leg.
Such a great company to work for! The company helps people to live a decent life despite their abilities, with highly trained support workers in the field.
I have found this agency to be very dishonest unrepeatable and unprofessional the owner is a untruthful person who does not have very good morals and should not be running an agency which cares for disabled and vulnerable people
The carers are 'rude' and 'unprofessional' and happy to do as little as possible just to receive your funds. Carer spent 10 minutes taking private phone calls during our shift. Carers also comment on your private 'assets' and 'finances. Carers needs to develop manners and a level of professionalism morally and ethically.
Clients needs are priority and the service is excellent. Easy to communicate with the coordinators. The staff is very friendly and professional. Recommended!
It is an excellent company to work for. The team is full of dedicated professionals and it has a very positive work culture.

The best place to care their clients and support their staff.
Best regards to all staff members from Nadia Mahmood.
From the beginning I knew we found the right agency to support all my ailing father's needs. Customer service is impeccable. Communication is professional and prompt. All the caregivers provided were a great fit for my father. Not only were they trained and well-educated on the subject of elder care, they were also empathetic, punctual and incredibly polite. When your loved ones need help, do not hesitate and contact this agency.
Disgraceful agency. Sending out workers who leave shifts early without advising the parent that they are leaving for me to walk in and find my daughter alone is unacceptable
Careless manual handling, recklessly rolling my daughter over and ripping out her Mic-key button and throwing it in the bin.
No accountability or apology from anyone.
Requesting I pick up my daughter despite being trained and signed off by the RCH in hoist and manual handling. Then making false allegations because a complaint was made against her.
They sent out a carer who in the space of 2 weeks envaded our privacy by video calling to family members overseas on shift, she pulled out my daughters feeding tube a put it in the rubbish, knocked my daughters legs a few times whilst she was in the bath chair and would leave her unattended for long periods of time taking selfies with our family dog or on the phone in the dining kitchen area rather than watching my terminally ill daughter. Does this company even do reference checks? We have lots of carers from lots of agencies but this one topped it. Look elsewhere for an agency. Theres better quality out there
