Complete Hospitality Training reviews
46An amazing delivery via ZOOM. Course information spot on and will be enrolling in further coarses in the near future.
Brett was entertaining and made the 4 hour lesson fly by. I feel like I have retained a lot of the information from this course; testimony to Brett's teaching style. Would definitely recommend
Recently completed my RSA here. The course was very engaging and the presenter was extremely nice and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for hospitality training.
Thank you so much "Gem", I genuinely enjoyed learning more about liquor licensing, and i must say as a teacher you are an amazing & excellent educator, you deffenetly know your stuff very knowledgeable keep up the good work.
Quick learning, great teacher and great quality for the value. Very professional yet fun and dinamic.
Gem was amazing! She went above and beyond, made the material fun, and lots of laughs along the way. Highly recommend!
A really good course was informal and wasn't too long. My course leader kept the energy going and kept it interesting. I would consider doing further courses through Vic-bar
Very Professional approach. Team ensures that everything is explained clearly right from Registering to showing up to the reception desk and till your training is completed. I was fortunate enough to have "Brett" Train me in both my certifications. Why? He made the classes very lively and interactive, ensured that students understood what he was trying to deliver in terms of content irrespective of their Language difficulty, made every student feel at ease.
Front Office staff was very professional and i had my certificate mailed to me in record time. I would highly recommend this place.
Completing the Cert 4 in Hospitality at Complete Hospitality Training was an amazing and worthwhile experience. Not only did I make multiple new friends. But it helped re-establish my confidence after a break from the industry. Having moved to Melbourne recently I've already had a multitude of opportunities arise for me in such a short period of time!
Also, Benjamin best trainer!
Very easy to get access to courses and see what times are available. I did the RSA with Gem and she was a brilliant teacher, got so much information
The RSA course was 4 wasted hours. They could make it so much better. We spent the first hour doing a roll call and introducing ourselves like we were in preschool.
Great course and well worth the money. The trainer brett was exceptional fun and engaging made the whole course a great experience. Would recommend it 100%
4 hours for a training sounds long but Gem made it worth while. She added personality to loads of information and calms your nerves before the test itself you know the results immediately and can grab your RSA ceritificate the following weekday.
The course was good, Gem taught us and was lovely and easy to learn from. The only reason i gave it 4 is because you have to go in to collect your certificate instead of them emailing it to you, which would just be easier!
For me, Complete Hospitality provided spectacular training (thank you Stuart) and everything I needed to know - and more- when serving drinks responsibly in a Corporate environment.
I would, without a doubt, recommend a Complete Hospitality course, if you require your RSA!
Anna was great, informative and passionate about what she was teaching. I feel like I learnt a lot.
Excellent everything, the organization, the methodology in addition to all the information imparted.
The barista course in here is extremely excited and the trainer is well knowledgeable and funny.he always makes jokes around to reduce your pressure and train the specific skills need in industry.higly recommend for anyone to become a master of Barista.in industry. Your student: : : Thang.
Took the RSA course. It was a painless process. The instructor definitely goes over the material to make sure you are capable of passing the exam. It can be as hands-on as your fellow classmates make it. Sharing bar stories is a plus and shows real-world examples to make the class an enjoyable experience.
