Complete Dental Care

Everyone here is amazing! Since I was little I always had a fear of going to the dentist but everytime I come here they are so friendly and put me at ease! Esp. Maria! I could not have asked for a more friendly and sensitive dentist. She is gentle with me but also gives me the facts of what I need to have a healthy mouth.

I’ve seen dentist Adam on and off for some 20 years and during that time I had the honour to gradually see his dental surgery grow to the dental palace it now is. It never occurred to me to write a review until after today’s visit, so here it is.

When you visit Adam’s clinic, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist into the impressive, two-story dental practise on St. Kilda Road. This is when the well-oiled machine of his practise starts to impress on every step of the way. Even if your appointment time is later in the day, you’ll be seen on time, the rare emergency arrival aside.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a stable, long term service as with CDC. Even if he’s been listening to a crying child for 30 mins (not his fault, I assure you!), he’ll always walk in with a smile and a chat. From there on he is kind, calm, explains and answers all questions you may have. Even though the practise is busy, he makes you feel like you’re his only patient.

Some people in this forum have complained about pricing, some without even visiting the practise.
• I believe that CDC is reluctant to quote on the phone, as pricing highly depends on your age, how long it’s been since you’ve seen a dentist and an array of other factors.
• I for one am sure that CDC has SAVED me money in the long term, as the practise is looking 10,20 years ahead and treats accordingly.

Try it. It’s quite an experience.

Dr. Adam is a perfectionist in everything that he does. CDC Dental is highly recommended for anyone who cares about a perfect smile that will turn heads.
Also come see Russell if you want a good laugh while having your regular clean ️ The hygiene will be spot on each time, that’s just an added bonus.
For those few leaving 1 star reviews, I don’t believe any of those are true as I have been visiting the practice for over 2 years now and underwent a major surgery, orthodontics program, teeth restoration and multiple hygiene treatments here - all amazing and rewarding experiences with caring and highly professional staff.
May be this negativity comes from the fact that some people want a royal treatment at a fraction of the cost? If 25% is all you wish to pay, expect the same level of quality delivered to you. Otherwise come to CDC Dental and feel the difference
I would never go to any other dentist personally.

Completed Dental Care provide excellent dental care. Their staff are professional, welcoming and caring And provide a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. I highly recommend them as a one stop dental practice.

The only regret I have is not visiting Dr. Adam Keyes earlier. This man is a true example of a Dr who not only takes pride in his work and immense expertise but also truly cares for his patients. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else for my treatments moving forward. Thank you again and I look forward to my next appointment!

I had excellent treatment at the clinic. Was seen as an emergency next morning by Adam Tilly, he explained what had happened, outlined a regime for my treatment, was told exactly how much each session would cost.
The practice staff called me every time to ask if I was alright post op.
I was stuck in Melbourne due to Covid, but have now decided to drop my London dentist, and become Dr. Tilly’s patient.

Amazing dental experience! I have been seeing a dentist regularly my whole life and my new dental hygienist Russell was superb and so much better. So conscientious and painstaking. Cant wait for my next clean. And Adam of course is always very thorough! Thanks guys. Great team work x

Russell is the funniest and most professional hygienists I’ve experienced to date. Today my daughter visited Russell for a hygiene appointment and he stepped her through the process on how to floss, making sure she understood everything. He answered all of her important questions and explained the anatomy of a human tooth with visuals.
Don’t put off your next dental visit any longer, visit Russell and the tram at CDC and show the world your wonderful smile.

There are no known words to describe the immaculate service I recently received from Dr. Adam and the entire team at Complete Dental Care. I have never been so happier with my smile. From the initial consultation right through to treatment, I felt extremely comfortable and well looked after. I cannot recommend Complete Dental Care enough. I have been a patient of this practice for nearly 5 years now. I chose this practice for a number of reasons: strong recommendations from friends, a convenient location and a team of dental hygienists - as I think they do a better job of cleaning than dentists do.

I felt a very different experience compared to all my previous dental experiences from when I first sat with Helen who discreetly asked me about my medical and dental history. My dental hygienist is now Russ and I really appreciate that he is very thorough - and what a great sense of humour. My personal breakthrough moment was when Maria explained to me the importance of flossing. In the past, dentists at other practices reminded me that I should floss regularly but Maria explained what was happening with the anaerobic bacteria and the importance of the timing of flossing. Whoa! Big change, because now I had a reason to change my habits. From being someone who really only flossed very rarely, I started flossing every day. It's been about 2 years that I have flossed everyday. I'm so grateful to Maria for providing that education and insight. When Maria has been away, I have also seen Adam, a very gentle and careful dentist. Adam started the CDC practice and I mentioned to him I thought his team was exceptional. He explained that he selects team members who know how to relate to patients. So true! I've had an exceptionally positive experience with this practice.

Russell thank you for your on-going care. You make my day when I see you, even though it is at the dentist. Always professional, always fun and you've helped me improve my gums and teeth. Thank you.

CDC, particularly Adam and Russell, looks after the hygiene, orthodontic and special dental for my whole extended family for many years. Every visit is enjoyable as everyone is super friendly and professional there. We highly recommend them to everyone!

Poor experience. Overpriced. Unprofessional.

Excellent experience with Adam Keyes-Tilley at CDC performing dental surgery on me this past week. The whole procedure was conducted calmly and professionally by this great team. Surgery is always invasive but Adam's expertise made it smooth, painless and no after effects.

Professional dental services team led by the business owner/dentist (s) with friendly staffs around. Follow up checking after the surgery showing the warmth and caring to the patients. Taking time to communicate and discuss of the treatment plan etc. Happy to recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going here for years and would recommend them to anyone! I saw Adam for my teeth re-alignment and see Russell for my six month checkups. Zero pain despite having tooth sensitivity and just brilliant care and excellent results all around.

The Care, service and professionalism of the staff, dentists and hygienists at CDC is second to none.
As a 24? Year old they explained and educated me on the importance of regular appointments to keep my gums and teeth healthy and how prevention is better than cure. I highly recommend this practice.

For the service I received i would say it is fairly priced. Keen to visit the CDC team again in a few months!
