6If I can give this business a zero rating I would. Graeme is the most unprofessional and unreliable fonny I have ever had the displeasure of ever meeting. If I can find every avenue to get this business de-registered I would. Obviously taking him to VCAT made no difference, he's still in business ripping people off! Rocks up to the job for 1 day then demand to be paid.then disappear for the next few days then you have to chase him down only for him to not answer your calls. Extremely disrespectful to the customer.
Graeme (the owner of CCC concrete) is a cheater. He has charged me 50% of the actual quoted money where as he has not even done 20% of the work. He told that if you give me money then I can book the concrete. It's been more than 3 months he has started my work and did not even finish. Whenever I call him he says that I will come in 2 days and on the day as usual he will not pick the call. Now I have to search another concreter to finish my job. I lost so much money and so much time as well. Can someone suggest me how can we kick this person out of business?
Graeme and his team did an excellent of the crossover in front of my house. The finish of the drive/path is very smooth and even. Graeme was responsive, easy to deal with and helpful.
An absolute disaster and had to go to VCAT to get my money back. If anyone interested check VCAT proceedings of BP1885/2019.
This company installed paving that pools water next to my slab. Says they are going to fix it, books in a time and doesn't show up and ignores your calls. Currently taking to VCAT. Be warned. This is not a company you should deal with. After speaking to other reviewers I am not the first or last to have faulty concreting. If you are looking for 6 months of pain and slab heave, your builder voiding your warranty and 25 cracks in your house go for it.
