Don’t trust them.
Didn’t install correct quality underlay I was quoted.thought that I wouldn’t check (I assume most wouldn’t).

Really happy with the service provided by this company. Nick handled the sale like a true professional and we trusted that the job was going to get done on time as we were promised. Ben the carpet installer did a fantastic job and was so mindful of our newly painted home, so proud to say there was not one scratch on any surface. Totally recommend Complete Carpet Co. Carpet (purchased from Blackburn) is beautiful and good quality but installation was terrible. Ruined my newly painted wall trim and it wasn't just the typical paint slightly scratched off.it was actually holes punctured into the wall most likely from the tool they use to insert the carpet. After much going back and forth they pretty much told me they did not believe the installer caused the damage even though it was quite obvious they did.they offered me $100 off the total which was definitely not adequate to cover the cost of the damage however I accepted it as there was not much point in arguing, they clearly were not going to accept the responsibility.

We had our house completely recarpeted with the Complete Carpet Co (Bayswater) today and are thrilled with the result. From the outset at the showroom, their knowledge, advice and no pressure salesmanship was much appreciated. They were very flexible when we had to change the date, nothing was too much trouble. The carpet layers, Bill and his team, did a great job. From start to finish they were very professional and we would thoroughly recommend the Complete Carpet Company.

When I moved to Melbourne 8 years ago, I ordered and had installed the most beautiful carpet and amazing soft underlay. It has worn so fantastic that when I recently sold the house in Ringwood, it still looked great. Now I have moved to Croydon and off course I have gone back to the same company for service, quality of carpet and workmanship for my next property.thank you

Recently purchased carpet at this store and was genuinly surprised by the great range of specials available and the great prices I initially was only going to do the lounge dining area to start but Tyler gave me such great service, explained things to me so well and when I asked him to give me a quote for the rest of the house so I could do it in 3 months or so, he shocked me by saying I could order the whole lot now with a deposit and dowhat is called a part lay so I was blessed and got the whole house done at the Hycraft special
rate. This saved me a lot of money and Tyler happily held the carpet for me in there warehouse Tyler and Brett are great together and work as a team really well all they want to do is please the customer and they will do all they can. When Brett came to measure he was on time, did he job in 15 minutes and explained the laying process, joins etc over a cuppa and even told me I needed a little less than estimated and worked out the credit in front of me. The layers Bill and son were super they never stopped just kept going I practicaly had to force them to take a coffee break, there workmanship was awesome the job outstanding big hugs and kisses to all I am apalled someone had the gall to criticize the lads
