Complete Care Preston - Medical Centre / General Practice

Was my visit here and the doctor was so helpful as I was looking for a new doctor's center so think I found it

I had a great experience at this medical center! The staff was very kind, and the practitioner was really nice. I would definitely come back again.

Dr Sureka is very professional, caring and compassionate. The practice is new and fresh and I would highly recommend especially compared to other clinics in the area. Off street parking provided.

The waiting room was pristine. Ladies at reception were efficient. Doctor Piyumi was lovely and caring. I have been looking for a new medical practice for my family. We might just move over.

Dr Sureka is an excellent doctor and very kind and spends the time necessary for a thorough consultation. I thank her very much.

Excellent care and service, Dr Sanjeev, is one of the best Drs we have seen in Melbourne and we have seen many, but no one like him, very kind at heart, punctual, take the time with me and my whole family, listen and try to give advice and help us through!

I rang the clinic this afternoon, and even though appointments for the day were taken- a Dr called me for a phone appointment instead and was able to txt my script and email a referral within an 1/2 hr.

DR Vyravipillai was my family doctor for many years and I was extremely sad to hear that he was no longer practicing, so now I attend to see Dr Surekha. She is by far the most professional, attentive and supportive doctor I’ve come across, even the Reception staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Dr Piyumi was amazing, she is very kind and thorough with everything.she is so helpful and im so grateful to have found her, i felt really comfortable and got the help i needed will definitely be coming back, it can be really hard to find a good doctor these days and she was great!

Followed Dr Sureka here from another practice. She is fantastic, caring, and looks after her patients with kindness and very thorough. Very pleased I found a GP in the north I will continue to see as my family grows (after attending many other places over the years).

DR Sanjeev Vyravipillai was very good. I usually attend Dr Surekha she was not working today at the clinic. I would rate 10/10 for the support provided by Dr Sanjeev he was skillful and cares about the patients. Keep the good work. Even the Reception administration staff was also exceptionally very good

Glad to find this new clinic near my home. The staff was very warm & friendly and service was professionally. Dr Sureka was very nice, took time to understand my health issue and I didn’t feel rushed. Overall happy with service.

I had a good session with Dr Sureka this morning, she is very attentive, respectful and ask for consent before touching you, making you feel comfortable. My diagnosis has been properly explained as well. Will reccomend her

Very welcoming service. I had forgotten my Medicare card and they were very patient while I sorted myself out. I also had a great experience with the GP. They were very kind and understanding. Also took the time to explain things to me in a way I understood.
