Amazing work from Charmi, she took the time to ask many questions about my issues and provided lots of helpful and easy exercises. She has a very open approach and is very friendly to talk to, im looking forward to the remainder of our sessions.

I had a fantastic experience with my physiotherapist, Charmi. The atmosphere was welcoming and I felt extremely comfortable. The exercises and stretches provided were immensely helpful and gave me a substantial relief. Highly recommend!

Very nice and the care is so good. I feel comfortable getting treatments from Charmi my Physiotherapist. She gives the best exercises. She did a thorough assessment finding the problem in my knee.

Fabulous experience woth Charmi. I got an appointment very quickly and was really happy with the session. Charmi took time to understand my injury and evaluated what would help. The pressure and massage used helped immensely and the exercises recommended have been great. Looking forward to my next sessions.

A letdown in the customer care department. They cancelled my scheduled appointments more times than seeing the physio - then had my 80 year old mother in law attend her appointment and physio didn't show up - not even a phone call to say sorry. They could not even offer an explanation or an apology. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Excellent physiotherapy. I can't thank Natalie enough. The extent of her knowledge and skills has truly exceeded any expectations going in for an initial consultation. She was able to diagnose an underlying issue that was overlooked previously by a past physiotherapist and address the root cause of my pain. Very professional, friendly and caring, goes above and beyond any physiotherapist I have previous seen. Thank you so much Natalie!

Avoid - Fawkner practice does not have a physio, only an Osteo (despite the name). They tried to convince me they were the same thing (they are not) to get my business. I did decide to give the Osteo a go and during our session she began to dry needle my back without asking if I wanted this or was okay with this. Not good informed consent practise. I sent them detailed feedback afterwards via email, only to receive no apology but to tell me that they had never received a complaint before. Overall a weird and distressing experience with this clinic.

I really enjoyed my first visit with Abby, Osteopath today. She is very professional and amiable. Really helped with loosening up tense and taut muscles. Definitely going back. The clinic was actually amazing in practising social distancing - no waiting room patients. You wait in the car till you are texted to go in. Pretty nifty.
