Unable to login. Changed password many times, but it doesnt work. Support team unable to assist - contact school.

Excellent platform for teachers, students and parents alike. Easy to navigate and fit for every school related purposes.

I have now put up with years of endless non-access and repeated loops of getting password reset, codes, resending codes, resetting passwords, continued failure to login.this is just not good enough.i have kids at 2 different schools and it has happened at both schools for bloody years now.can't we just use a simpler system where notices are emailed like any other org! This system is quite simply unusable.have tried again this week to get it fixed - same problem argh!

This is an appalling app that is unfortunately used by many schools. It’s outdated it does not reflect accurate information. When you call, no one will listen to your feedback. It doesn’t reflect true or accurate information. This is suppose to be a legal document to record absenteeism but it doesn’t. It doesn’t meet the needs of those students with a disability. The task schedules don’t record accurately. This app/ web base application needs a huge overhaul to meet todays needs. I am so totally disappointed that schools are choosing to use app when there are far better available.

As a parent, I'm disappointed that our school chose this software. My kids deserve better. This is unfriendly, messy, buggy, and I sincerely hope the legislator would intervene to shut this down.

One of the worst apps, I absolutely hate it and I wish schools would use something different.

Apparently in todays age of AI we can only send communications to one parent and not both, such as when your 5 year old child is absent and hasnt been checked in and is wandering the streets lost, had they sent the enrolment notification to both parents i could of attended much sooner!
Stay away.

I can't believe so many schools have signed up to this app that is consistently glitchy and temperamental. Parents are having to put up with this consistently. We don't have a choice about using this app but schools do. Examples, unable to click on links, links not having content once clicked. Payment issues. General allround 1980s clunkiness. I think Microsoft did better programs back in the 90s. Get your act together getting the app to work in the two most common mobile platforms. I'm rating this a 1/5. The company may have started in a kid's garage and that may be where it needed to stay.

Ps. I just read the reviews after I wrote mine. Makes for quite a read. Some of them are very very funny Well done people.

Horrible app. Not user friendly at all. Buttons and lesson plans keep glitching and disappearing. Seems like you have to refresh the page all the time just to keep the documents READABLE. Emailing via compass is a pain and sometimes doesn't deliver. Old notifications THAT HAVE ALREADY BEING DELETED keep coming back and blocking the newsfeed. Grades, attendance and reports doesn't update properly. My email inbox is spammed with Compass news that are SUPPOSED to go in junk email. Absolutely garbage. Wouldn't recommend to anyone sane enough to stay away from this app. A pain to use and navigate. Can't believe how many students are suffering from this piece of trash. Honestly, I would rather use paper than try and force my way through Compass.

This is one of the worst apps come browser applications I have ever used.
The display is terrible on my android phone and when trying to send an email rather than ticking a teacher you have cross them off. In my phone browser everything works fine I can read and fill in forms without having to zoom in, you can't do that on Compass and when you zoom in you can't read the document without scrolling around the page. Unfriendly to use. It would seem Compass is not checked or used on different formats by the maker. Terrible interface for a software and app for something used in the education sector.

Just read the reviews…this app is terrible! Dev’s asking for more information explains perfectly why this app will remain terrible. If they don’t read the reviews and comprehend the massive issues at play, it will never improve. Parents teachers and students are already doing their job…you do yours!

Congratulations must go to their sales team for convincing schools to purchase this abysmal and utterly useless platform. Can't generate a pdf of the kids' progress reports, can't communicate with teachers, it's a nightmare to navigate. Compass needs to go, sorry guys, this is 2022.

Excellent service never glitches always helps me when i cant find my class would recommend so i rate it 1 star out of 5

People complain too much compass ain't even that bad, it tells me what classes i have and lets me see what todays work is and lets me submit work so i don't get what everyone is complaining about

Hot garbage. Would leave negative stars if I could. This software makes life harder, I would rather go back to using paper.

Hands down the worst app ever used. Full of bugs. Display issues, buttons invisible, links not working, you name it.

It looks like they are trying to improve and modernize, but the progress is slow and there is a long way to go.

Feels like an early version of windows, a nightmare to navigate, ux would have been bad 10 years ago, but now even more so. Sorry guys, but each time I have to go to compass my heart rate goes up

If I could give them 0 stars I would. What a totally rubbish system. I've tried for months to get it to word. Customer service is awful. No one to call if you are a parent. I can't even get in to pay the school fees, look at my boys school reports or what stationary they need. Contact the school they say, its closed for the school holidays. Besides its not their fault the program is so rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Its really slow and it cant respond. I chose the correct password and it takes long to load. Its really hard to find the stuff in the tabs. In conclusion, I DIDNT REALLY ENJOY IT.but it was still ok considering many people use it.

In an age of applications and websites which are responsive and developed with simplicity and user experience in mind this product falls far short of the expectation. Whilst it might be suitable for teachers to maintain records it is rubbish for students and parents.
