My experience with the team at Compare Broadband was a wonderful and uplifting experience both times i spoke with someone they had the time to chat a little with me, which made my experience that much better thanks ladies

The consultant was very helpful and didn't leave me with many questions to ask. It was great to speak to someone who understand what I needed as my past experiences with telco have been terrible

Compare broadband is very helpful service, they compare the prices across the market and suggest best possible one and facilitate transition to other service provider very easily.

I was called by your employee to set up a broadband account he told me lies and connected me with a company that my modem does not work with than when I called back was treated rudely and hung up on by another employee of yours

The lady I dealt with was excellent and extremely efficient and had a plan right for me with speed and price - great customer service! I was having lots of trouble finding an internet provider who would let us pay our bills via Direct Debit from a bank account. Compare Broadband was able to tell me which providers would accept payment via this method and it turns out that it was also a WAY cheaper plan than we had been on with our current provider. I couldn't be happier

Do not sign up - they get you in for their sale and then dont care if there are any problems. Would not recommend
