One of the worst company to deal with. Trying to change my company’s director from last two weeks and every time I call them, one of their clown says it will be done by end of the day. I don’t know how long their days are.

Biggest stuff up with my trademark resulting in duplication of ownership. No accountability, no customer service, ignoring calls and didn't assist to fix. I lost over 30K in wasted products and branding and so much time because the failed to give me adequate direction, STAY AWAY!

I’ve been charged to lodge ASIC form but they failed to complete it.
Halina Sutton promised I would get a refund because it’s their fault, but more than 8 weeks passed and nothing yet.
Request to get the refund has been made twice with the same agent.
Worst services ever.

Called 24/7 hotline to speak to Helaina. Was looking for some assistance to complete the business registration form. All my questions were within reason as they related directly to the questions in the form. She spoke to me in such a condescending tone and when I asked her was I bothering her asking for help, she said "well I answered all you questions didn't I". She did not assist me to fill out the form which I am presuming is her job. I never have written a review before but was simply shocked.

This was the best value way to register a company. Took all the admin out of the task. So easy.

I have started up 5 companies in total. I have registered 1 myself, 1 through an accountant and the other 3 I used online company registration services like company123. What can I say? Company123 was fast and VERY easy to use. Some of the other services were just as easy, but at much higher costs. Makes you wonder if company123 can do it for $37, why are the others charging so much more (and not providing anything extra either).
Very good value, very efficient and very easy to use. I need to set up another unit trust and my SMSF shortly.will definitely be using company123!
