My daughter has been attending this centre since she was 8 months old and she loves going to daycare. Being a first time mum, I found it hard to separate from my little one and especially choosing the centre she was going to was a hard decision I had to make. However, I am glad I chose Community Kids because they made the transition process so easy and less stressful and they continue to provide a high quality of education and care for my daughter. I couldnt ask for any better centre for her to go.
The whole team has always been very professional, supportive and very flexible to our needs. The management is very committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we are very thankful to Shanel and the whole team at Community Kids. I highly recommend Community Kids Shepparton Early Education Centre.

Had nothing but good experiences at Community Kids, my son is always happy to go and when he does he is always greeted with open arms by all, communication is always good on his good and bad days. The manager is great with everything I come to her with she is always so helpful and has a smile on her face. I highly recommend Community Kids to anyone that is looking for excellent care for there little ones?

I would definitely recommend this center to others. We have been there since out daughter was 10 months she is now nearly 4 and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Each room she has been through has had wonderful caring staff that she has created fantastic bonds with. All the staff are always welcoming and helpful.

I highly recommend Community Kids. I’m a first time mum and have recently enrolled my son and he’s doing so well! I found the carers put my mind at ease and they communicate with me throughout the day if I have any concerns at all! I absolutely love it! The centre is just amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about it!

We have 2 kids at Community Kids Shepparton. We have found all staff in the centre so attentive and professional. Our kids always have a great time and have developed strong relationships with their educators.

Community kids have been wonderful for my 3 children, from dealing with the slow diagnosis of Autism in my eldest, my hyperactive middle child, and my strong willed daughter, they have been exceptional in handling every situation that is thrown at them. They're patient, hand working and professional. The educators work well together and ensure safety, happiness, and care is appropriately managed with all the children. If you're looking for a daycare or kinder for your child/ren this is a definite place to consider.

My three kids have all gone to community kids and have all thrived. The kinder program has been fantastic for getting them ready for school. They always came home with full tummies from eating lots of healthy meals and snacks. All the staff are passionate and caring with the children and Shanel is always friendly and ready to help, is very hands on and is so natural with the children

I have had 2 Children attend community kids, they always greet me with a smiley face and are welcoming. With me eldest they were great with transitioning making sure he was comfortable with that time. Educators work well with making sure they grow bonds with the children and it’s nice to see.

Both of my children thoroughly enjoyed their time here and the staff were always very accommodating to our needs as our schedules fluctuated.

I love community kids. My children eat well and have lots of learning experiences there. They have a great routine but the carers will cater to any special requests.
I love the photos and updates I get during the day so I can keep in touch with what my children are doing.
Shanel the centre manager is really flexible and works with the parents for a smooth partnership between the parents and the centre.
I also appreciate how vigilant the staff are with sunscreen during the summer.

I'm only giving one star because it's not possible to give no stars. This childcare center is to be used as an absolute last resort. The center staff are highly un-professional, the manager walks around out of uniform and bare foot. In the short 3 weeks my son attended they managed to spill 2 expensive tins of formula, contacted me insisting I leave work to buy some more. Completely forgot to feed my son AT ALL for one whole day! Before my son started the staff were all educated on the procedures for feeding my son (nasalgastric tube fed) yet whenever they had difficulties instead of ringing for assistance they simply wait until he was overdue 2 or 3 hours then contact me or my partner meanwhile he was screaming hungry. Two of the staff can't speak english so are unable to communicate with the parents or children. Every single day he attended something was wrong whether it be clothes or personal items they had left behind or something more serious that had happened with a feed that had happened in the morning and we only find out about because we bring it up when we pick him up, after they had tried to cover their tracks. Overall sub-standard care for a third world country, in-competent staff and very un-professional.

The team at Community Kids are wonderful and my girls love coming to day care. I highly recommend this service

Great centre the educators are great nothing is a problem always happy to tell u about childs day. Children get realy great meals and are always welcome to have 2nds my son is always happy to go there would highly recommended them

My son started going to community kids when he was two. He started in the nursery and then moved to toddler room after 2 months, because of my request to challenge him with his development tasks. He is now three and half years old. He learned lots of words and enjoyed songs and time with the educators especially 'Nini 'in his words for Lynn and Tina in his words for Katerina. He was able to use many words and sentences at home but never said a word in day care except bye bye so far. Day 2 in junior room, this week, I was excited to hear from the educators Ceon actually talked to everyone and used many words. I have only one word to say, thank you everyone. The learning environment is so vibrant in community kids and they are very culturally oriented too. We are looking forward to see Ceon achieving all his developmental tasks in the days and years to come. Regards Vinod and Smitha

My boy has been going there for the last 2 year’s & he loves it. The ladies are very friendly & go out of there way to help you. They are very accommodating when u need to swap & change days. I highly recommend Community Kids.

My son LOVES kinder and constantly asks "is tomorrow kinder day". He's grown up & learnt so much over the year and we are looking forward to sending his little brother next year.

My family loves community kids, the educators are lovely with my kids and actually care about them inside and out of daycare times. They are flexable with days, which helps if i need to pickup extra hours at work.
