Community Kids Roxburgh Park Early Education Centre

Great centre lovely staff and most of all my kids love the place. I leave the place knowing my kids are in good care. Highly recommend

Moving from Brunswick to Meadow heights. I was hesitant to change child care. When I registered my son to Community Kids, I was worried because I didn't notice any change from previous child care in Brunswick. Within a month being at community kids I was overwhelmed with my son's improvement. As my boy has just been diagnosed with autism, the understanding and caring by educators is amazing. He is starting to talk, understand and etc. Pavi and the team thank you so very much.

I take my 1 year old son to this centre.the nursery room is so clean and plenty of toys and activities for the young ones. I was nervous at the beginning for my son as he began going from 10 months, but they have taken such great care of him, the educators are lovely and absolutely love the kids and he's really enjoying himself:)

I have 4 beautiful kids and they've all started in the new borns room and two are yet still to graduate as to being in pre kinda nd a toddler room but i can say my kids father and I are very happy to say that the staff there are absolutely amazing if anything happeneds to my kids as for example if they had a fall or a run in with another child they would call up and let us know so that we're not so worried when we get there also if there was any problems having to do with our kids they would call with no hesitations big or small if it had to do with our kids we were the first to know and plus i always never wanted to leave any of my kids wi trh strangers for the for the first time and I can say that the staff here made sure myself and my kids were fine before i left. Thanks you to roxburgpark community kids fantastic staff for always teaching me looking after my baby's.

I would highly recommend this centre to all the families. My son loves the center. I would say very friendly and safe environment.

I am very happy with over all service.

It's very hard to find a facility that wholly meets your needs. To start with, I was very happy with my son's care, Zarifa was amazing with him. It was not until he began pre-kinder 1 that all went down hill. Often sick and would try and suggest that his sickness began at home, he has developed bad habits such as drawing on him self, throwing tantrums, eating things off the floor, yelling and hitting that we otherwise do not accept at home. Do not expect your children will be treated with integrity and respect.

Oh and if you have any comments or complains, be sure not to discuss it with the centre manager as you cannot expect your conversation to be kept in confidence. The whole facility will find out, gossip, treat you differently or gang up on you and put all blame on you, my son attended 5 days a week 8: 30am - 6: 00pm and his bed time 7pm, yet what ever happens they will make sure they find holes so they are not liable. I should have taken him out as he was out of Zarifas care.

I have no doubt that this review will be the topic of the day.

Update: my son is thriving better than he ever has at a different daycare, learned his name in a matter of 5 days. While he was at Community Kids, for over a year and a half he did not know his own name. If i taught him, he would forget once he was back at daycare. I would come in and find educators drawing on his hand with ink pen or playing with their hair.

After changing his care hes been doing so well and I've never had a single call regarding him being sick or unwell. Often on the weekend he would ask me if hes going to daycare as he enjoys going to his new centre. STAY AWAY FROM COMMUNITY KIDS IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDTEN TO THRIVE AND EXCELLE. I would give them no stars if it was possible considering now I can actually compare the good from the bad. I feel I've done my child an injustice by bringing him here in his early days.

We love community kids Roxburgh park. Mehak and the team are kind, passionate and work hard to ensure the kids are in a happy and full filled environment. We think community kids Roxburgh park amazing and highly recommend to everyone.

My child from last 2 years going to centre. I am so thankful the staff and management for being such a help.

I have been with the service for 3 years and the service is very bad, I have had many issues with the current manager. She is not helpful at all. It all started when i went to pay for my child care fee, I had to wait at the reception for 20 minutes and she was on a private call. She saw me waiting but she didn't acknowledge me. Rifnaz saw me from the PK 1 room and acknowledged me. The center has become a little India with lots of Indian staff. I am sending my child to the center so he can learn English and build is knowledge. But my child from PK 1 is started to say words in in Hindi. I used to love coming to the center.when the old manager was there but now the center is not friendly anymore. At time my child come home with the home nappy, i have marked on the sheet during the day he can wear center nappy as it provided. They staff dint even check if my child nappy has been changed. When i told this to Mehik she was laugh and say sorry i dint know who was in shift. Why is she the room in charge then? Told this to pavi and no action was taken. Sometimes when i go to pick my child i see the manager in PK1 room with the other Indian Staff laughing and speaking in there language. Other time i went to pick my child during lunch time.all the kids running around the room like mad kids while on lunch. Mehak and other staff didn't care about the children health and well being and they were too busy talking. I saw kids picking dropped food and eating. Which was very hygienic. I have no hope to speak to Pavi. I would like to take this further but i have no hope Pavi will fix the problem as i am from a different culture. Could some one from the HQ come and review the center. It has changed very badly. All my family kids came to this childcare. Shabnams time it was awesome she was very friendly and it was very friendly as we walk to through the door. I am mainly concerned about the health and well being of my kids and the others. They language is very important. I am not sending my child to a childcare to learn a different language. I am paying so much every week. I would want the service for my money.

A wonderful centre with dedicated and loving staff- I feel safe and my heart is at ease knowing I have left my child with these amazing ladies. Particular mention to Zareefa and Joumana, who my son adores, Mahek, Abir, Merve and Hilda. Pavi centre manager and Rifnas are always very helpful and professional. CMs and educators have always been excellent at communicating with each other and myself about my son's needs.

This center is providing a safe and happy environment for each child that will stimulate their intellectual, social and emotional growth at their own pace. Quality management with qualified staffs. I would highly recommend this center to all families.

I moved from Kew to craigieburn last year and since then my child is going to this Centre. Amazing place for early education of your child. Professional and friendly staff, addresses all your issues and concerns immediately. Must recommend.

This centre is very good and the educators are amazing. They take good care of the kids.

Issues or concern, the Center manager & subordinates are always there to listen.
Our child has shown immense growth after attending this centre.

My youngest goes here. From the very beginning they were amazing with him. He settled in easily and all the staff are just easy to talk to. Highly recommended

The educators are really good, and the environment is well organised, clean and nice. Parents can really rely on the staff in caring their kids.

Every day in the last four years I felt so blessed to have Community Kids Roxburgh Park Centre in our lives! My daughter enrolled with them when she was only one year old. The next week she will graduate from a kinder. During all this time the team has been so good to her and to us. Managers and educators were always open for our feedback and ready to answer all our questions (with a smile:). Their flexibility and positive attitude made our life so much easier. Moreover, we always felt that our daughter is very safe in the centre. For all these years we had zero incidents. Also, food they provide is outstanding and I can confidently say that so far our daughter learned more from educators and other kids from her room than from us at home. The centre is also very good with documenting what the kids do during a day. We get an update every single day with photos and individual stories included. This really helps us to talk with our daughter about her day and to continue games she already started at school. The staff as well as the kids are from very diversified language and cultural background and I find it amazing that the kids at such a young age are already exposed to different cultures, languages and traditions. I could not hope for the better start for my daughter and strongly recommend this centre to other loving parents and carers!

Love this centre. The workers are wonderful and caring I know I can trust them with my children. My kids are so happy here and always look forward to go.
