Outrageous! After we left and paid up, said we owed $30 and we asked what for multiple times. They said they didn't know what the charges were for and would investigate. Heard nothing back, but now have engaged a debt c9llection agency against us. We're furious!

Such a beautifully warm and welcoming environment. Our daughter has attended the centre for two years now and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support she receives from the wonderful staff. The rooms are inviting with a plethora of great resources. We receive daily updates and pictures of what my daughter is up to throughout the day so we always know what she is up too. Additionally, the centre provides extensive programs such as bush kinder adventures and Mr Cam the music man to name a few. Thankyou to Maggie, Brittany and all the amazing staff at Community kids heathmont for making my daughters kinder experience memorable.

Our family is happy with our recent enrollment to centre. Staff are caring, welcoming and accommodating especially in ensuring smooth drop off which has made for a positive transition to their kinder service.

Good communication from management and all staff know the children so well even in neighbouring rooms which has seen our child establish good relationship with educators. Food is varied well too.

This centre truely has the most supportive and kind hearted team. When my daughter started attending a year ago she had a nasal gastric tube and required extra support. The girls were so understanding and have not stop supporting and encouraging my daughter ever since. My family and I are so grateful for everything they have already done not only for my daughter but for our family as well. Best decision I have made choosing this centre.

Our son has been apart of the Community Kids, Heathmont family for close to two years. With the lovely staff, the transition to childcare was really smooth. What could have been a really daunting experience was comforting. Wonderful team at CK Heathmont.

We have been going to Community kids Heathmont for just over a year, our little one is thriving here, loves playing with the other kids and seems to have a good connection with the educators.
Management are very quick to respond to any enquiry and help with any concerns or give helpful suggestions to first time parents.
Overall very happy with the care provided our little one is happy and well looked after.

We have been with Community kids Heathmont for over 4 years now. There's always so many fun activities, food sounds delicious and the educators are wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure the kids have the best time as they learn and play. Cannot fault them!

I can't tell the educators are good or not, but kids don't lie! My son enjoys going to the center everyday since 2020.

I think this is a great childcare. The team are very caring and warm and I particularly appreciated the professional and diligent manner that they handled all the disruption of the pandemic.

We love community kids Heathmont. We have been with them for 6 years. I just love that we get daily photos sent to us and information on all the fun they’ve done for the day and the yummy healthy food they’ve eaten. Highly recommend!

Both our kids have attended here over the years. The team is always so accomodating and lovely, and the kids have a great time. What I also love is that although my oldest son hasn’t attended the centre for over a year, when he comes to pick up his younger brother, the staff still remember his name and say a big hello to him.

Have felt comfortable with my children attending community kids heathmont since day one! Great communication, fast email responses and loads of daily information provided on the app including photos. We love our centre!

Community Kids made the orientation and transition an easy process for my son who had barely left my side since he was born. The staff are all very friendly and caring - Alex in the nursery has been fantastic.

A beautiful centre, with a nice community feel. My children have always been well looked after by a number of long standing staff members.
The food is also a hit, with a seasonal rotating menu (with parent input welcome).
Centre management did a fab job navigating through lockdowns. A great, caring service.

My son has been attending Community Kids Heathmont for two years. He is always so excited to go every morning to see his friends and his educators. The team at the centre are really wonderful - they are always so welcoming to my son every time he arrives, with a smile and a big hello, greeting him by name. The centre itself is fantastic - he has been in both the pre kinder and kinder rooms, and they are both set up so well to encourage lots of different ways to play. The outside play area is really big with lots of equipment, which was a must when I was looking at childcare. I would definitely recommend the centre to anyone looking at sending their child to daycare.
