Where to even begin…
I have been at the centre since 2019 with my son I now have 3 children and my 2 daughters still currently attend.
From the first day I walked into the centre (after already attending 6 centres prior) for my tour I immediately knew it was the one. I felt comfortable, understood and welcomed!
The director and educators have been consistent over the 5 years my family has been attending, the attention to details and warming personalities of all the staff immediately make you feel at ease.
I highly recommend the centre and wouldn’t consider sending my children anywhere else.

My children love it here and are treated with the upmost respect and sense of belonging!

I decided to enrol my son in Community Kids Haven because Bryony, the educators and carers were so friendly, the kids all looked so happy and comfortable and the centre was clean and spacious. My son has recently graduated from Kinder from this centre and both Amy and Bryony along with all his educators, especially Samreen and Joyce have been amazing throughout his journey.
I recommend this centre to all my friends and acquaintances living in the area. The staff and the management put in a lot of effort in maintaining the centre and provide so many opportunities for kids like excursions, end of year parties.

Where do i start!
From the first day i walked in and met Amy i felt at home. Amy is so sweet, kind and caring, she definitely made my son and myself comfortable. Our journey at this centre has been nothing but positive. Joyce (my son's) 4 year old qualified kinder teacher is a dream. She is fun, patient, caring and definitely puts her whole heart in getting her kindy kids ready for school. Joyce puts together so many activities to prepare her kids for school its just amazing, my son began writing his name within his first 4 weeks of starting, my son's love for numbers, letters and math grew so much as this is encouraged in their everyday learning in so many fun ways. My son absolutely loves Joyce and her assistant Samreen as i know when i leave him he is smiling and when i pick him up he is smiling even more and doesnt stop raving on about his day.
The centre organisers so many fun themed days and provide sports and music classes weekly that make it that extra special, especially for my little man as he looks forward to different and exciting things to experience. I cant thank this centre enough Bryony who is also in charge with Amy is always so friendly and easy to communicate with.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Knowing my son is comfortable and happy shows you guys are doing your jobs wholeheartedly.
I cant end this review without adding one more person and thats Hannah she is just beautiful, sweet and all kind things my son loves her.

I have to present my license for tutor to take a photo when dropping off my kid. Reason being she's never seen me before and its the policy. If its for pickup I can understand but drop off, seriously? I must look like a bad guy to her.

Hana, the educator, is the best.

She is really passionate in her approach/job. My daughter was refusing to go to child care, but Hana made the transition really easy. I have noticed, Hana receives my daughter everyday, with a hug, and a smile, which made my daughter to feel comfortable. Though it's generally busy with children, Hana takes time to listen to parents and give them update. Need more teachers like Hana.

The centre is so warm and friendly, the staff are so amazing that my child never wants to come home. 100% best centre ever!

The staff have made transitioning back into work so easy treating my child with such love and care. The centre is our second home

One of the best childcare centre, the staff are so professional and positive. They take such a good care of the kids, and teach them with great dedication, The centre gives you such a family vibes. Keep up the great work guys.

Best childcare centre in this area as we know of. Our daughter and son enjoys this place. Bryony and all of the educators are very professional and hard working. Best childcare centre! Our family feels so lucky to have found a place here. I am constantly in awe of what my kids are learning. The attention, dedication, care and constant communication by the educators is unmatched.

Best Center in the area, first our daughter & now our son both loved this place. Bryony and her team are very professional take every effort to look after the kids, always smile on there faces when ever we go for pick up & drop off kids. Great efforts guys keep it up.

My son starts school next year and we are both so sad to not be going in everyday. He has been there since he was in the babies room and adores the staff. If you’re after a centre that’s very family orientated, this is the one for you.

Having worked and supervised a childcare centre myself - I felt sorry for the ladies at Community Kids because I had a hawks eye on every detail and was ready to compare - needless to say I am speechless and beyond amazed. The staff are a joy to be around - and so experienced - they have been around for years so you know the centre is one of integrity! They actually have a love and passion for childcare - which is so rare these days. The relationships & bonds they have formed with my daughters are honest and beautiful - and the way they work with us as a family to assist and benefit my kids has meant the world to us. The centre is ALWAYS spotless and I mean ALWAYS someone cleaning or sanitising or packing up! My children rave on about the food (I’ve had to pinch a few recipes from the chef) The daily journals and weekly/monthly teachings are in depth and so detailed - the photos make us all feel like we haven’t missed a beat. I wish I had started them off here. So glad I found this hidden gem! Wish I could rate them 10 stars!

Bryony and her team take every effort to look out for my kids. The staff are able to answer how their days were and if there were any issues able to advise how to fix.
The team are reliable and trustworthy. Team answers the phone any time i need to call. I trust my children's care with them wholeheartedly!

This was the first ever day care I ever dealt with and wish we didn't have to move!
This centre is truly amazing and the staff there are so caring, patient and professional. Can not rate this centre high enough, the staff are all amazing. Not a moment goes by that I don't miss all the staff and will be coming right back if we ever move back to the West!

Highly recommend this place. Beautiful childcare with amazing staff that not only takes great care of your child but also provide great learning skills and nurtures their inquisitive minds.

Amazing Centre both my kids have been attending since babies ️ awaiting baby number three and she will also be attending.

All staff members are friendly approachable and always open to feedback from parents. The centre director Bryony is amazing and always free for a chat with her friendly smile. The program the educators have set in each room is full of attention to detail. Keeping parents up to date throughout the day also. Thanks for taking care of my kiddies.
