4As a small self-managed Owners Corporation, we recently made the decision to purchase an IPSO CTL7C washing machine for our communal laundry in a small residential apartment block. In the twelve months since installation we have seen our OC water bills drop considerably with the water saver cycle features, whist generating income to cover our initial purchase of the machine. Laundry Solutions were even able to introduce a new wash program to the machine to improve results for cold water only washes.
