9Scam Scam Scam. They call you to do a "survey " of whether you are happy with the NBN and claim they are the second biggest internet company but wont tell you exactly what they want or are trying to sell you. Another Indian call center wasting my business time flog me rubbish.
Thank you to Debbie and the technician for organising attendance at our premises so quickly. Commander was an utter nightmare to deal with in terms of our relocation, but your office arranged a wonderful professional to come out within the hour and got things sorted without a fuss. Please do pass on our regards to the tech. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

People are very helpful and fast in providing the things I need. They are also very friendly and professional at the same time.
Terrible service. Ordered NBN in February due to Commander cutting copper lines, could not set it up. In May 2019 Commander still refuse to admit there is a problem and won't cancel the contract.
There are so many goo providers out there - this is not one of them. Keep your own sanity - keep well clear!
AVOID! Happy to continue to sell a service that does not work. We are a small business that are frequently left without telephone or internet for days at a time. No assistance from commander, just told to lower our expectations. Tech support wait times are ridiculous, we often spend 3+ hours trying to get issues resolved. Commander will not accept responsibility that the issue is with them. NBN techs have been out 4 times and have said nothing is wrong with the NBN line or modems, issue is with commander. Will not release us from our contract. Honestly, they are just the WORST!
If it was possible to provide negative stars for this company, I would. The service was terrible and they continued to ignore my complaints of an overcharged bill.
If there was a minus star, they would get it. The service is so bad it is hilarious. This franchise has really poor customer service, especially after sales.
Incompetence has paid a big part in our experience with them and through this incompetence we have lost a lot of services that were working perfectly prior to their meddling, this experience has cost our Company $$$ and still counting. I would not recommend Commander to anyone or this franchise anyway!
The service that they provide is normal like everyone else, nothing special in that but the Customer Service that they provide you is really really bad. Things run really slowly.so yh
I would really go with any other company and i regret the decision of connecting with Commander.
