If you are looking for poor customer service, having to do most of the work yourself, not knowing who to contact, lies and a blame game then Commander and Commander Geelong are your perfect go to affiliates for your business. I am so disappointed that I actually do not have the words to express. The stress and angst experienced for 12+ months was distressing. It started off as okay, truly, but I have ended up paying way more than was quoted and received a system with less functionality that I had, and that was with Commander, so go figure. The new system was never set up properly so hours were spent with the head office technical support and one location would say that I would need to contact the other location. Taking the case to the ombudsman still cost me in both money and copious quantities of time that I will never recoup. I will never ever use Commander ever again. At least on the positive side I know who to avoid; experienced once, no need to experience again, positive from every negative right? !
