Comma Food & Wine

We went here for a midweek date night. The staff were very accommodating and attentive; we had the Chefs Selection ($79pp) and were able make a few requests (which we appreciated). All the dishes were well presented, reasonable sized and delicious. If you’re wanting to try a new place which is great value for money, we highly recommend visiting Comma Food & Wine - we will definitely be sharing this place to family and friends.

Been wanting to go here for a long time. Finally pulled the trigger last night, what a fantastic local restaurant.
Food & Cocktails were amazing.

I have been wanting to try We Are Comma since it opened so the time finally arrived and I brought my chef partner along from the UK- he previously worked at a 2 Michelin star restaurant in the UK so he is very hard to impress! We chose the Chefs menu and it did not disappoint. Majority of the dishes were amazing and my partner left saying that was the best steak he has had while eating out. What a gem in the heart of Moorabbin. We will absolutely be eating there when the new menu comes out next season!

The food is very high quality. Atmosphere is great for either an intimate couple or larger group. Great specials during the week

Came here for gnocchi night. What we saved off the usual price of gnocchi we drank in cocktails but lots of fun! It was our first visit, and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Modern venue, quick & friendly service, tasty cocktails, delicious food. Will be back for steak night sometime soon!)

We loved our dining experience at Comma Food & Wine. Comma has a fine-dining ambience paired with mood-lighting, fun tunes, and comfortable vibes! The food is delicious with an alluring menu and tastes that compliment each dish. The drinks will quench your thirst and have yummy flavours! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend dining here and will be back again!

What a taste sensation. We had tasting menu and every dish served was delicious. Luke, the chef, is one to look out for. His creations are unique and full of flavour. Not something you see every day. He is a keeper. And as for our waitresses, she was delightful and full of personality and made the experience even better. Complements all round.

Probably the best gnocchi I've ever had. City quality food, locally. Hidden gem. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Food is 5/5! We got the Thursday night share plate special which was well worth the $49pp price.
The quality, flavours and presentation of each dish was amazing. Interesting and delicious. Highly recommend.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the drinks were on the expensive side ($24 for a cocktail) and we weren’t blown away with them like we were the food.

Service was also a 5/5 - friendly & informative.
Would highly recommend, ESPECIALLY the focaccia bread and croquettes.

Well worth a visit. The service - from booking stage, right through to paying the bill was fabulous and the food was even better. I’ll be back for sure.

Love this local that gives an inner city dining experience. Fabulous night in a booth - excellent food as always and steak night was such good value.

Loved this place we tried the chef selection. The food was amazing and I loved the Pork Belly, was probably my favourite dish. The staff wer very attentive and super friendly. Highly recommend for a nice quiet night out.

Fantastic venue. We visited on the Wednesday steak night - steak was delicious, perfectly cooked as medium rare and the sides were just amazing. Great value for $29 a head. Nice selection of wine and cocktails - and great vibe. Can recommend the apple pie dessert too. A welcome addition to the Moorabbin area!

Absolutely incredible. A gem of a place in Moorabbin. Wonderful service, delicious food and incredible ambience. I have recommended this restaurant to all of my friends.
