The slipcover is very well made and the fabric is good quality. It’s not exactly the same quality than my old pottery barn slipcover (made by Michel Gold) but I would said it’s very close. I bought many slipcover replacements over the years and it’s by far the best. I highly recommended. I will certainly buy from them in the future if I decide to change my color palette.

I ordered a slipcover for my Pottery Barn sofa from Comfort Works after looking over their beautiful, easy-to-use website and ordering some swatch samples. The 60-day satisfaction guarantee also got my attention as it’s a bit scary to order a slipcover online and from a company overseas. I’m so glad I did! The slipcover I ordered turned out beautifully. I am completely satisfied with how it turned out. The quality craftsmanship, fabric, color and fit are all amazing (looks like strong stitching and zippers). It fit perfectly and looks so well-made. The eight free swatches I’d ordered came quickly even though I am on the other side of the world, but I thought the slipcover got to me in record time! It was at my doorstep in one week from when I ordered it which blew me away. Before ordering, they were kind and quick in answering my questions about how it would be delivered. I would love to order another one after we’ve enjoyed this one for a while. I appreciate so much that there was for me an affordable option and I did not have to sacrifice quality or work with a company with sketchy customer service. I got personal emails from a real person answering questions and providing updates. I 100% recommend Comfort Works if you are in the market for a new slipcover. I ordered the silver sage in cotton canvas for a PB Pearce Grand Roll Arm. (it's a little wrinkled in photos as it right out of the box it was folded up in for delivery.)

I am blown away by the quality of the cover I ordered recently! My sofa was leather and had been clawed to bits by my cat, so I ordered their claw proof velvet and the refresh has my whole mood lifted every time I sit down! I didn’t realize how much the worn out material was weighing on me! I feel like this cover just gave me another few years out of a sofa I’ve already had for 8 years and otherwise thought I would have to chuck soon. It’s so soft, the color and craftsmanship are impeccable, and it fits like a glove. You honestly wouldn’t even guess it’s a slipcover! Read fine print! I truly never write bad reviews because I know how badly they can affect a business. My husband and I are small business owners too. After wasting so much money, I felt the need to warn others. This has been the most frustrating experience. I ordered ektorp covers in performance fabric because we have 3 active young kids. When the cushions arrived, they did not fit our cushions. They were so big that we couldn’t even fit the cushions back onto the couch. There was tons of extra fabric. I told them about the problem and they said to wash them to see if they would shrink. When that die t work they offered a $75 credit so I could take them to be altered. I don’t have time for that AND $75 wouldn’t even be close to how much it would cost. So then we had to measure the cushions so they could send replacements. The diagram they sent for measuring was not clearly labeled and the replacement cushions arrived after a month and a half with the zipper on the side of cushion instead of back, making it so that the zippers are visible on the front side of cushion. So it’s been almost 3 months and over a thousand dollars and we still don’t have cushion covers. On top of all of this, the performance fabric is pilling and I mentioned it to them and they said that we should have gotten the heavy duty fabric. This makes no sense because the performance fabric says it is “kid friendly”. So now the fabric looks terrible.i’ve asked for a refund, but they refuse. The other frustrating part is that because I am in the US and they are in China, I have to wait a full 24 hours to hear back every time we have one email correspondence.

Comfort Works is absolutely the best company! They are very professional and communication couldn't be better. They consistently insured all measurements were accurate with additional photos and timely emails. The final product is amazing and they couldn't have done a better job. We were so happy with our couch cover that we recently had our arm chair reupholstered as well. We saved thousands of dollars going this route instead of buying new furniture. We also saved our furniture from ending up in the landfill. Now our furniture looks new and will continue to look great with slipcovers that are removable and washable. Comfort Works is highly recommended!

The cover is totally different from what they show in the pictures.the quality in the picture is great, but the actual cover is a total disaster.

We've had the couch cover for about a month now, and we love it! We got a 10-year old Ikea couch for free from a friend, and now it feels brand new! It fits perfectly, took us 45 minutes to install, and you would never know it wasn't the original couch cover. The material is durable, and the dark grey is perfect for us and 2 small children. They shipped all the way to us in Rome, Italy and were great to work with.

Once the order was placed I got helpful updates throughout the manufacturing and shipping stage.

I absolutely love my new couch covers from comfort works. The covers were beautifully crafted and fit perfectly. I was able to put the covers on without hassle just simply followed the instructions provided. Each cover was labeled on the inside which was really helpful. I highly recommend these covers.
