Beware if you are a light person (Eg less than 65kg) who sleeps on their side as you may have a painful experience like I’ve had the last 18 mths or so. That’s because even if it’s a plush mattress it will likely have the same spring system for a much heavier person. I’ve tried two verve mattresses and currently have a silent night London “plush”. All mattresses arrived harder than in the store and the comfort layer is not thick enough to keep your hip/side of glute and shoulder protected from the springs. In the case of the silent night for example the comfort layer is only about 8cm and even a light side sleeper will get on to the springs easily (see attached photo with a 10cm mattress topper on top). The problem then is you’re not heavy enough to compress the springs and the battle between your hip/side of glute/shoulder and individual springs begins with the springs always the victor.

WOW! My partner and I went to Preston bed n dreams and bought a Neoluxe Vantage medium mattress and I can honestly say that it is the best mattress we have ever slept on!

I purchased a Verve Espree in Jan 2021. I now find I have deep indentations on both sides where I sleep and a hump in the middle, rotating the mattress has not made any difference as it does not bounce back on the rested side. I have not gone back to the suppliers as when reading the warranty it says the indentation of 3.5mm is normal. My back was not 100%, hence buying a new mattress but now it is even worse to the extent of having consistent visits to the Osteo and also having Lazer treatment which is costly.
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this mattress.
Not recommend if you have a bad back!

Comfortsleep The Worst mattress! WE PURCHASED A COMFORTSLEEP PILLOWTOP MEDIUM AND WITH IN A MONTH IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING IN A HAMMOCK ON EITHERSIDE OF THE BED, THE REP CAME AND HAD IT REPLACED THE VERY NEXT DAY, THAT VERY NIGHT WHEN WE GOT INTO BED IT WAS VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE, I WENT BACK TO WHERE WE PURCHASED IT AND WE BROUGHT THE TOP OF THE RANGE MATTRESS ONLY AFTER A FEW SLEEPS THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO OUR BED, I MADE CONTACT WITH THE REP AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WILL BE SOME INDENTATIONS. ON EITHER SIDE. WE WENT TOLD THIS WHEN WE PURCHASED IT. TO SLEEP ON THIS MATTRESS IS LIKE SLEEPING IN A DITCH IT IS SUPPOSE HAVE A TEN YEAR WARRANTY. BE WARE BED BUYERS! Remember we have had 3 comfortsleep pillowtop and still having problems.

COMFOOTSLEEP HAVE GIVEN ME ANOTHER MATTRESS THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL TO CORRECT MY MATTRESS PROBLEMS So Far so good. After 2 years i still hate this mattress to sleep on, i cant wait to get rid of it.when lying on it after turning it often our body print are in the mattress. AND your mattress are that heavy to lift to turn.we elderly have to get help to turn it.

BUYERS BEWARE. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. We bought a comfort sleep Dynasty QS PLUSH Mattress from Bev Marks Northland in March 2020. I was told by the sales rep that they were so comfortable that Crown Melbourne used them in their hotel rooms. It was a very expensive mattress.
Comfort Sleep offered to pick it up but then we had lockdown in Melbourne. They were going to charge$100 and then no guarantee how much we might have to pay to change the pillow top.
We had a seally mattress for 11 years and it was so comfortable. We bought the comfort sleep plush because we like soft mattresses. It is so hard we can't sleep on it. I have purchased mattress toppers to make it softer but still wake up every morning aching.
It is like a double bed size because you can't sleep near the edge as you feel like you are going down hill.
Writing this review at 4am as it is another night I cannot sleep because the mattress is so hard and uncomfortable.
What a waste of money for a very expensive mattress.
I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing this mattress. Comfort sleep obviously can't make plush mattresses. DONT BUY IF YOU LIKE SOFT BEDS.

Amazing experience and such good customer service! The staff were very accommodating and were so good through the whole process from viewing the different beds, to when it was delivered to my front door. The mattress that I purchased about 6 months ago has been a dream and is exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this mattress and the team at comfort sleep to others looking for a good quality, Australian made mattress.

Extremely happy with my mattress! I’ve had my mattress for over a year now and am absolutely loving it. It’s honestly so good that I don’t think I’ll be shopping for mattresses anywhere else in the future apart from here. The customer service was excellent, and they have a great range.

We purchased a mattress about a year ago that was supposed to be "plush" it felt amazing and comfortable in the store. When the mattress arrived it felt like a rock. After complaining someone from the company came to the house and felt the mattress and agreed there was some kind of error and we had been given a hard mattress. They took the mattress back and we were without a bed for a couple of weeks. Once the new one arrived it didn't feel much softer but we hoped it would soften once it was worn it (we were advised this over the phone) It has been around one year now since purchase and the mattress is still rock hard. I purchased an expensive mattress topper just to make it half bearable but it has still been a year of waking up with a sore back. We have now purchased a new mattress and will be putting this brick out in the clean up. Strongly advise not to go with this brand if you want a plush mattress, the floor is more comfortable.

We are return customers and have returned both due to the excellent customer service and outstanding quality mattresses. So pleased to be able to buy these Australian made, top quality products.

Bought a Neoluxe bed from beds n dreams and it is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! For the quality, price is so worth it.

Absolute worst mattress ever owned. The previous Sealy bed with pillow top lasted 11 years. Comfort sleep mattress with pillow top has sagged and causing extreme discomfort and it's only 2.5 years old. Customer service completely useless.

Don't buy a comfort sleep mattress! I'll be going back to Sealy.
