I suffered back pain when I woke up morning 4 days ago, result of a combination of long hour desk job and sleep posture. I did not pay attention initially thinking it would go away after some rest and stretching but it just got worse by day that I could hardly bend let alone stretch. I never really understood osteopathy but Darren took time to explain it in layman terms which helped me understand the methods he was going to use.

Darren is very detail oriented and doesnt rush the process but instead really takes time to diagnose the problem, he was even able to call out my lower back pain based on the way i walked before i even told him about it.
