Great price for what you get. Our expectations were exceeded. Safe, quiet, comfortable beds, convenient location, clean, lots of room, and friendly staff. Perfect for a place to stay.

The accommodation itself is ok. Bed was soft as were the pillows. The bathroom was spacious. On both nights we stayed there was noise coming from what seemed to be a function centre nearby which was loud but did finish before midnight. The hotel was clean and tidy. Depending on what you pay is wether it this is a 3 or a 4 star experience.

You get exactly what you pay for. The staff is really friendly and the rooms have what is needed for an overnighter: bathroom and shower, small fridge and some instant coffee. Can't fault the formula.

I booked two bedroom apartment for my work perpose for 11 days and moved to other hotel after 3 days of stay.

Very bad hotel. Don't like it. It's old building transformed to a hotel. Poorly cleaned. The sofa's have dirty stain marks. Missing door handle. Dirty exhaust fan. Wifi doesn't work. Fire sensors are broken and fallen off. Stain mark at carpets. Bath tub and shower fencing is cracked. Dirty bathroom floor. Dirty toilet floor. Access to second floor is very tough as the spiral stair is very narrow.

Couldn't find any positive reason to stay and cancelled my booking.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Staff members are very friendly as usual. Room was cosy and clean. Great location and close to pretty much everything. I will be back again soon. Cheers

Horrible place! Won't be coming back here. The place is full of cockroaches and the smell in the apartment was unbearable! Kitchen and batchroom facilities were below average. There were cockroaches all over the place!

Best location and nice environment. Room’s so clean and air conditioner is working very well. Lovely staff and very happy with the pool. Enjoy our family holiday here every time.

We stayed in one of their 2 storey townhouses. Its spacious and has a balcony but access to the 2nd floor is via a narrow spiral staircase which i found odd. If you have large suitcases or travelling with elderly folks this is not the room for you. The ground floor room was a bit of a dungeon with little natural light and ventilation. Other than that everything was in its place as you would expect.

Good place for an extended stay at Lakes entrance. Clean room, good wifi, access from both Esplanade and Marine Parade. Young owner Derek is very kind in helping us to bring our luggage into room, never seen in other motel. Will definitely come back again.

Had a great time there last week. Great location and the staff was helpful. The room I stayed is at the corner, cosy and clean. Highly recommended.

Stayed 2nights was a nice little room for the price outside needs a facelift but I'm not sleeping out there so I don't mind

Perfect location, easy access to all the shops. The SPA room is very good. Helpful staff introduced a lots of great things in town.
