Comfort Inn Peppermill

On a bus stop lunch, great menu quick service big area inside very clean and efficient service.

Unfortunately due to severe illness we were unable to come and stay at the Peppermill.
I requested a cancellation with a waiver of the fees due to sudden severe illness.
I also sent an email to the Peppermill with the same request.
I did not receive any correspondence or call from the hotel about my request prior to being charged.
I totally understand the hardships businesses have endured over the last 3 years, being in business myself and one of those businesses being Short Term Accomodation
I am disgusted and disappointed that the Peppermill did not contact me to inform me that my request to waive the fees was denied prior to expected arrival time and charges processed
There should still be a level of customer service that is met, and sadly this was not the case

Very spacious room. Attentive staff at pub. You have to order your meals and collect them from servery. Salad very ordinary.

One meal of seafood basket was cold, and then replaced with another just warm meal.
The rest of the meals took over an hour even after reminding them twice they had not received their meals
Cold soggy chips, cold bland vegetables, uncooked pizza, rubbery chicken snitzel.
I would never recommend eating in this bistro.
I hope this improves.

Really enjoyed staying here, staff were great throughout the 2 nights, bed was really comfy, (never like the sheet covers tho, stupidest idea), very clean & had a bench with enough room to get ready for the wedding, altho shower pressure kept changing from med - low. Dinner at the bar was great. Would stay again no worries.

Great playroom and space for the kids, great prices for family meals, yummy meals and comfortable setting.

Extremely busy, but the staff handled it brilliantly. A huge bistro, with beer garden, kids play area (with a tv monitor in the dining room so you can keep an eye on your kids).

A huge motel accommodation unit with the place, and a very large carpark out the back, which is a perfect spot to watch planes on short final as they land at the nearby airport.

Would I eat again here?
Hell yes.

Room outdated. Cigarette stains in hand basin. No coffee or tea provided. Can hear people in next unit talking and playing loud music.
Pipes noisy when next unit turn on their taps.
Would not be recommending this place.

Excellent meal, generous sized serves, and had a kids playroom that suited the younger members of the family. However, there were no servers to take or deliver orders, a long queue at the register to order and pick up the food, and our instructions to keep the chips and meat on seperate plates was ignored, and as a consequence, the chips ended up soggy.

Went to one of the reception rooms at the rear of the place. Parking was easy and ample. The room was very basic but served the purpose. Easy access to a toilets. There was a courtyard and we were able to sit in the sun and watch the small planes prepare to land at the air strip straight out the back. Food was appropriate and they coped well with both vegetarian and vegan guests.

Usually great food and service, however, I called up and inquired about food for a function and a ROBERT answered the phone, he was rude and condescending, a customer has a right to ask a question and not have to have it thrown back in there face, pretty disappointed considering I will have 15 people spending money there I expect a better attitude

The food is exceptional, ice cold drinks, great friendly, helpful staff! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else for a couple/family meal.

No allocated parking for customers that choose to stay for a week, worked late come back no parking for over a block away, cancelled and left finding many with allocated parking, hotel staff and customers choose to take motel customers parking spots, GET IT RIGHT!

Excellent service, great meals, room service, fantastic staff, immaculate room, we had a very happy stay

Good atmosphere great for parties only 3 stars as an older bartender inside was quite rude and arrogant to a female customer while other customers heard him.it would have been a 4/5 star review nobody should be derogatised!

Don’t get the pork belly, all of my family complained about the food, every food is weird tasting. Only good part about the place was the service.

I recently stayed at the Peppermill inn when I was in Shepperton for work and I really enjoyed my time there. We were only in town for the night so I didn't get to check out most of the hotels facilities like the beer garden, which looked pretty awesome, but I did have dinner at the restaurant and stay in the hotel. The staff are lovely, cracking jokes and making you feel welcome, and the food is good. I had a classic Parma which was very tasty.the hotel room was quiet nice, great water pressure in the shower, decent air con and the bar fridge was actually cold. Overall, its a pretty good place. I highly recommend it if you are in town.

Attended for a wake. Food/staff were great. Credit to all for the efforts put in to have all run smoothly

Was treated terribly by one staff member. The other staff that served were brilliant. Would love to go back but am dettered by the manner of one staff member working the bar during lunch, was out to have a nice family lunch, she definitely put a dampener on the dining experiences.

Fantastic food, and good portion sizes. Ice Cold Beer and Cider. Outdoor Bar is awesome in summer and the big screen TV's for the footy and cricket add to the atmosphere. Good selection of Beer and Cider on tap is nice too.

Driving past at dinner time, the car park and street are always full, so a great advertisement too.

Staff are laid back and very nice, nothing is too much trouble for them.
