Comfort Inn Capital Horsham

Love this motel it’s amazing location, awesome staff the rooms are renovated at make you feel like you are at home - I have been staying here for 20 years and will continue staying as I love this motel

Unfortunately the restaurant is not so great, I just spent $80 on a 2 course meal - the lamb shoulder was so dry I couldn’t eat it and the squid wasn’t much better either!

I will continue to support the capital but will dine at other restaurants

What a great little hotel to do a stop over in. Definite value for money. Modern and fresh looking. Comfortable beds and quiet. I would definitely book here again.

Room & bathroom were good size and spotlessly clean with "hot" shower.
Good size television, mini bar, friendly reception staff.
Quiet room upstairs, highly recommended as value for the money.

Had an overnight stay on our trip between Adelaide and Melbourne and was perfect! Very clean and comfortable rooms - and was also able to fit in to the restaurant for dinner too - great food. The service has been outstanding - particularly even more so when we discovered that our distraught daughter had left behind a very well loved teddy bear! Teddy had an extended stay and was returned to us by the hotel staff - just awesome. The lady that I spoke to was very understanding and made sure that Teddy arrived to us safely:) Great value add and customer service.

A perfect stop over for our trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast deal was great value!

Just grabing lunch from the cafe/restaurant which is open all day. Friendly service and great food.

Very lovely rooms, bed abit hard for our liking though. Wouldn't eat there again meals VERY ordinary for what you pay.

Was in Horsham for work. Very hospitable and clean accommodation, in a great central location. Staff helpful and friendly. Attached bistro made meals easy. Excellent coffee. Thank you.

We were a large group who all enjoyed their meals. The food was presented well n very tasty. Staff attentive and professional.

Great little hotel in a great spot. Short stroll to the Botanical Gardens and all local eateries. Very friendly check in staff. Hotel nice and quiet, comfortable bed and great shower. Great for our 1 night stay.

This is an establishment that is hiring young local students and new Australians (from Kathmandu)
The food was delicious and the services fun quick and professional.

We had an exceptional experience. Rooms were beautifully prepared with all toiletries needed. Thank you most sincerely for a lovely over night stay.

Staff at dinner service not very professional, sat in wrong spot so was told from across the room that we had to move. Funny that as an hour later still no one sat there so it didn’t matter.
Glasses were dirty.
Ignored by staff
Hotel room is good, no cutlery or plates but have a toaster what are we meant to do with that?
Also staff could ask how our stay was, never do

Great location and rooms good. Shame about the frosty receptionist my wife encountered.
Arrived at 6pm to book in, so no excuse. Cheers

I enjoy my stay and the rooms where clean and tidy with all the basics a Assistance that one would need for a night or two in a Deluxe Room. BUT would of got 4 stars if the bathroom had a exhaust fan only down fall.woke up to this view

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and room was very comfortable. I liked how the ly thought of little things like night light in bathroom.

This was a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to all shops. Take your own toiletries if possible.
Did not get to sample the attached restaurant but looked ok - have attached pics of the menu.
Mini bar was well stocked, but there was no price list.

So we booked a room and paid on arrival and entering the room the heating would not work. Got that sorted.electric blankets were not working also.

A great comfortable place to stay. This motel was in a central location and has a restaurant to dine in if you dont want to venture further. The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. The bed even had an electric blanket on it for those cold nights. A great place to try.
