These guys are a joke. Had a booking on Thursday morning, no one no one call that the guy is sick so had to re-booking on Friday afternoon. Then no part at hand waited for part for Wednesday and then pushed back to next week because no one available.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying a product from Comcater or from another company using Comcater as the service agent to seriously think again. The website states
At Comcater, we understand that any disruption to service can negatively impact your business. That’s why we’re here to help, 24 hours of the day, seven days per week. The charge for after hours is over $500 just for the phone call. You leave it to the weekday and it still takes too long for a business. We are a small cafe and have had no oven for over 4 days. This oven is 5 months old and is under warranty.
The lack of contact and action is deafening. Over $800 per day is what this is costing me plus the lack of reputation, plus the undue stress on staff.

Better look for some one else if you have a choice. Have been doing the service with Comcater even though the cost was high. Realy never looked for other options. Happened to do the service again in February. There was a leakage. Got charged heaps again but wouldn't have bothered if the problem was fixed. When I called them again saying that the problem is still there, I got denied just by saying that it is out of 30 days. NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN.

We are trade customers, we receive standard 10% discount from other well known Distributors in Australia. Contacted Comcater, female in Accounts requested I send a email to her which I duly did, she was going to pass it on to the correct person for actioning, well you guessed it, NO REPLY, nothing. Sent another email to the same female in Accounts stating that I was going to have to call AGAIN and can I have the details of the RIGHT person to to speak to, we you guessed it again, NO REPLY - AGAIN. Disgusting service, could not even call it second rate, this is up there with the worst.
