Combined Churches Caring Melton (CCCM)

I took my client for food bank and services that they offfer. It is a lovely place - my client felt uncomfortable with many people were asking questions, and when we entered the Buiding, they all looked at her while they were doing theirs job. Then the person with a fake smile came and we sat down on a chair with two other persons. My client did not feel comfortable with few people in the room to give her personal information. I also felt it was a overkill to ask so many questions and have interview for a food bank where all food etc comes from donations. We felt there was to much red tape.
It would be nice if the volunteers mind their own business, and also a intake Person to be desecrate and private.

We are still in Australia not a third world country.

I am a support worker and I help my client to access the service here and all the staff has been amazingly helpful and I highly recommend anyone who needs help to look for this organisation in the local area. Keep up the amazing work you guys are doing over here.

Great place to donate good quality items. They will also accept food which is great for when my online order is substituted with something I don't like.

Very kind and lovely workers, no judgement and were lovely to me as I just moved to the area.

Can be some other patrons around that are not so nice to be in the vicinity of so keep car doors locked.

The staff here are excellent and very understanding, helped me and my son out amensly would recommend for food assistance

Extremely amazing people, they have great listening skills with such warm heart's. Never be afraid to ask for their help or to offer a helping had. Many hands make lighter work, they are a god send in my eyes
