In November 2022, I returned a laptop to Com1 International to be repaired under warranty. They completed the task promptly and communicated appropriately throughout. I was very pleased with their service.

Dealing with Com1 was fantastic due to their great service and transparent communication in regards to warranty repair.

Horrible / judgemental and arrogant customer services.

I have been having major issues with one of their products and they are refusing to replace it / or approve for a refund although i only bough the product few weeks ago and obviously still under extensive warranty.

The customer service team was extremely rude and show no understanding of basic Customer service principle. If you hate your job simply change it do not take out your frustrations to customers.

Whoever manages this appalling team needs to step it up and either leave the position or appropriately lead / train their stuff member.

I brought my computer in as it would no longer turn on after it had frozen randomly. The customer service was impeccable, Adrian explained everything to me in a way that made sense and fixed the issue quickly. It did not longer than 2 days. Highly recommend

Lazy - their catalogue is full of blank descriptions and fields. What does it say when they can't even be bothered to describe what they're selling properly?

I had to contact COM1 for a warranty issue and I was completely satisfied with their communication and service. I received prompt replies to emails and queries, and the warranty repair was carried out much quicker than I expected.

Very disappointed with the attitude and support provided. They have shown absolutely no interest in providing support of any form, or even to answer basic queries. Of course, this only applies if you are lucky enough to be acknowledged with a response. If you are one of the little people, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very disappointed with their service and attitude. Force people to pay $55 for a bonus item which was sent without any packaging. Appreciate the help initially, but.bad pricing management.
