Coltivare reviews
9$34 for these 2 items, what a scam…. My mistake was that I paid by cash and didn’t get a receipt.
Coltivare is the only place I go to in Camberwell for fresh fruit, veg and eggs!
I feel the quality of produce is much better, some pricing reflects this but I’m happy to pay it.
They also have a fantastic array of quality pantry, deli items. I buy my puff pastry, Kimchi and other bits and pieces only from Coltivare, they just have great stock!
Love Coltivare - amazing service, truly fantastic products / range. A true gem and icon in Melbourne! Two thumbs up.
Got watermelon today from this place, I’d say the one from coles is much better! Very thick and it said seedless but it’s actually isn’t. Also the manager/owner decided to ignore me and was greeting everybody else. Hope you feel better dude
Was good but recently quality has gone down. I bought the mandarins and they are not only hard but sour as a lemon?
Friendly service, great selection of produce. A tad pricey! The fresh herbs are fabulous and last for ages
Coltivare is absolutely at the top of their game.
It’s simply one of the best greengrocer
businesses in melb. If you’re a lover of
really yummy fresh fruit and veg, this is the place for you.
The variety is fantastic as well a wide array of vey delicious deli items, both Astralian and European.
The staff are wonderful, very friendly and keen to assist.
Justin in particular, possesses a depth of knowledge that only comes from being 3rd generation fruitier- he knows all the growers and their different styles and is seemingly always on hand to advise.
Thankfully, this passion translates into really fantastic produce.
As other reviewers have mentioned, Coltivare isn’t the cheapest in town.
However, it’s the best!
Thank you Coltivare
I've been a regular shopper at Cultivare and I've enjoyed the food you can buy from it. This said several times I was charged more than what was labelled on the price tag. Oftentimes I was charged for items labelled as 'Misc' in the bill, upon an inquiry I'd have found out that I was charged up to 2 to 3 times the price shown on the price tag. No apologies were given by the staff for overcharging me. This kind of attitude and behaviour are really inappropriate
I've often wondered how the smaller green grocer, delicetsen or fruit shop can compete being right next door to one of the majors like Coles, Woolies or Aldi but when you shop at a place like Coltivare in Camberwell Place, it becomes a lot clearer. It's simple really! A great range of high quality, fresh fruit and vegetables, and the prices are very reasonable. As well as fresh fruit and vegetables Coltivare sells fresh artisan breads and pastries, gourmet grocery treats and delights and a range of take home meals. Love the cute little black three-wheeler Apelino Ah-Pay at the front, a nice Italian touch!
