6I was in desperate need of a print in short amount of time. One of the employees was super nice to me and offered me a great price by finishing it in under 1 hour

Colour Factory is my replacement scanning/RA-4 printing facility after the previous lab stopped scanning and RA-4 printing. Print quality is first class and no problems dealing remotely when visiting shop isn't convenient.
I am very satisfied with Phil's attention to detail and hands on Printing.
Ordered a print and paid for it which they incorrectly sized when printed. Was made to feel like it was my fault, secound attempt took a few weeks and then when it finally came they wanted to invoice me for the replacement, more than I paid originally. They are still chasing me for payment. Too hard to deal with, I'll got back to Fitzgerald photolabs where online ordering is easy and their prices, delivered are much better.
