Very honest and helpful shop.
Took my Asolo boots for repair after both soles opened up. Repair made within a few hours and did not get charged as he could not guaranty that the repair would last.
A year later and the boots still going strong.how better could it be?

Good service, reasonably priced and has helped fix my shoes, bags and belts. The guy there is friendly and honest about what can/can't be achived which is much appreciated. Very convenient location.

I brought a pair of daily work shoes to be re-soled and they came back with a 1.5cm thick sole that looks like platforms

Excellent service and speedy. They kindly fixed my broken shoe immediately and well priced.

Took two expensive pairs of shoes in for minor repairs.
One of the (boot) heels was cut into and left uneven, with glue clearly noticeable along the join and in the ridges of both heels (the ridged heels are the feature of the boot so the shoddiness of the work is hugely noticeable). I also had to ask them to re-glue the inserts of my heels (part of what I asked to be repaired in the first place).
Appalling craftsmanship. I’m kicking myself for being too lazy to walk to Evans on the day.
