Aesthetically pleasing and a decent selection of titles. A little bit disappointed I didn't find the books I was interested in, but it was still nice to visit.

It's a cute bookshop. A lot of interesting books. The best thing was having gay and queer books above the religion section.

Have a great variety of books but overpriced to say the least! $10 cheaper for a book I purchased at another store.

I ran into this lovely bookstore to purchase a reading book for my son, but unfortunately there was no stock on the shelf. However, they offered me excellent customer service, where the staff helped me to check in their computer system and eventually they found available stock for me from their warehouse. Recommended!

This place is set out so beautifully inside, and the staff are so friendly, they went above and beyond to find my class a set of books we need for classes next year and got them at good price because we brought in bulk.

If you like to spend hours getting lost in all the different genres of books, and the overall smell of books, this is the place for any bibliophile

First visit to the store recently and wow, so much bigger than I thought it was! A great selection and range of books for all with lots of people inside, looking for books for all ages. I was only in the store for a few moments, purchasing a book made by a local author and the staff were absolutely amazing in helping me locate it. They were super polite, helpful and incredibly friendly! I can't wait to return soon to have a look at the massive range of cook books (my main interest).

Good selection of books but don't really enjoy it there because it's very crowded at times, once I tried to walk in but there was a bunch of people just standing there trying to purchase there books because the cash register is right next to the entry. So it can be awkard waiting right next to the other customers in such a small space.

It's always a special day when you get to visit this book store. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The layout of the store reflects it's location within a heritage precinct. Well stocked with all things book related; you'll also find calendars, greeting cards, artisan gift wrap and an amazing children's book section. We're so lucky to have this literary jewel in Ballarat Central.
