I first used Collins Anodic in 1980 for the anodising of bicycle parts and have used them several times since over the decades. I have found the quality of their work to be very consistent and well above satisfactory. I have always had high expectations and they have never failed to meet those expectations. They have always been happy to accommodate my requests. Any potential client should feel confident to use Collins Anodic and I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Dropped my Rims and hubs off to be coated, I was warned the hub would not take on the colour like the rim. I took the risk, when I collected the Rims the hubs needed some work, I cleaned them up and returned them. The guys again warned me they would not take on the colour. I took the risk again. When I went to collect the rims / hubs the colour was not "blue" as I asked the guys were really helpful and offered to redo them again, without question. I accepted them as the colour was awesome. To my shock the guys would not take payment for the second attempt when in fact it was my fault for not prepping properly.

Thanks guys your service and commitment to your customers happiness is amazing. I will be back.

We have had parts anodised by Collins for a few years, and the quality, price and turnaround time is the best we've experienced by quite a margin; we've tried a number of anodisers in NSW, QLD and VIC. We're in a business that always requires urgent parts and these guys are very responsive. Would recommend.

Quoted lead time 5 days, took 7 days.
OK not bad I can understand the demands of industry and I only ordered a small amount.

Parts were supplied in specific bubble wrap packing and asked to return in the same supplied packaging's to prevent damage,
Parts were returned in paper, with some denting and scuff marks. Not impressed

Small areas where the electrode from anodising were on areas that were visually important, then touched up with permanent marker. Very simple thing that has affected my bits. Not happy.

Finally, every single part had damage to some degree, at least one dent on everything. Terrible quality, for a business telling me they have 35yrs experience in anodising aluminium.

I suggest using a quality assured anodiser for your next project.

Do not go with this guys. Very inconsistent with the colors 80% of the time. They use excuses like depending on the alloy of the material or the temperature of the day.its appalling especially when you ask for gunmetal grey and you get the color green in return.two contrasting colors and still agrees you to come pick it up when they know they didn't get the color you ask for and when you live 1 hour and half away.i worked with them over 1 year and i wished i could keep anodizing in Australia for my product but this guys kept playing around.i wish them all the best.their customer needs to improve also, they say they will call you once the product is ready but trust me, you better call them because they just leave your product hanging until you call them.there's a stereotype that people says products made in Australia are better quality than China.i want to say, the quality of a product and manufacturing is not base on nationality but base on the integrity of the person.i'm disappointed.

We had some BMX parts hard anodised in a matte blk finish with Collins, very happy with the finished job and the fast turn around for such a small amount of units.

Arrogant, abusive and overbearing staff made me very uncomfortable. Management needs to sort out the attitude of staff or people will refuse to go to this business. Not that happy about the finished product either. Shameful behaviour from a business that is supposed to be dealing amicably with the public. Lose the attitude! You are not the only people offering this service.
