Collingwood Children's Farm reviews
41Great location and lots of space. Great for toddlers to run around. Great coffee at the cafe. Animals are interactive. A great day out.
One of my favourite places in Melbourne!
It's a quiet patch of greenery with some friendly animals to pat along the way.:)
Admission is perhaps pushing the limits of expensive but it's not enough to skip this place for a fun morning/afternoon adventure.
Beautiful, picturesque atmosphere in the middle of the city. Fun for the family and great for a wedding, which is what brought me there most recently. Great food provided by the cafe and a unique atmosphere. Worth checking out.
Always a fantastic place to visit, amazing for kids and great coffee too! Make sure you bring your keep cup with you!
We were there for a wedding and it was a fantastic venue. The staff were really helpful and the buffet style setup worked really well. The food was above average for a wedding and the whole night had a great atmosphere.
Love this venue for a stroll or brunch. Animal feeding time is always exciting and the kids get to really experience farm life up close. Friendly staff and a great option all around.
Farm is great and food is good but the guy who looks after the animals is rude and aggressive towards children and parents. Need to coach him on how to manage customers whilst maintaining the interests of the animals. He lets the whole experience down. A real jerk
Great atmosphere but the Farmers Breakfast wasn't hot - two poached eggs that were two different temperatures and one with a solid yolk and the 2nd one runny. Sausages were cold.
Omelette was outstanding.
Your children will love the contact with the farm animals. While in the area try the bakery at the convention next door and the parents will be happy as well.
Great place to take the kiddos, our 2 year old had a blast. Cafe is also great, a bit expensive but the food and coffee are high quality. Best to bike there if you can, parking is $6!
If you like farm Animals. You get to see nearly all the animals there is on a farm. Nice Cafe, nice foods.
Awesome, we enjoyed our time, we saw the koalas, kangoroos, we can fed and touched them. It was a wonderful experience, seems like in thw willdife but safer
Great place to bring kids to experience farm animals. Cafe is good - be aware that its split in half - one side for people that paid for the zoo and the other side for non-zoo visitors. The non-zoo side is quite nice! (You can go to the nicer side if you are a zoo customer, just ask the staff). Guinea pig cuddles are fantastic for young children - our 9mo old loved it
Collingwood children’s farm is one of the best city farms I have been to. Great food, coffee and the animals of course. There is always something different planned whether it is a farmers market or other entertainment. Well worth a visit!
Visited during the monthly farmers market (on every month on the second Saturday). I love the produce available.
Aside from this, I visit the farm every so often and find it relaxing and a nice respite from city living.
The farm has a multitude of animals and a great little cafe.
Love the farm. Short drive from the city and there's lots of animal which the kids love. There's also guinea pig patting at specific hours
Great day out with the little ones. Lil cafe available for coffee, snacks or lunch. Friendly farm staff who are nice & patient with kids.
Steve was our tour guide and he was amazing! Great with the children and adults and was very knowledgeable! Fantastic excursion!:)
Just OK. The animals not too many. We came here for farmers market. I heard the cafe is good but we didnt try.
